This julep strainer is fantastic! I've been making cocktails at home for a while now, and I already owned a julep strainer, but this one has quickly become my favorite. The quality is excellent – sturdy and well-made. But the real game-changer for me is the hole allowing you to hang it up! My old strainer just sat awkwardly in my utensil drawer, taking up space. This one hangs neatly with my other bar tools, keeping my workspace organized and looking much more professional. Highly recommend this julep strainer!

This works great for cocktails but I think there are a lot of other uses I'll use it for more. This fits great over a wide-mouth canning jar which is great for straining and then putting in the fridge for storage. I use it for straining out corn from a can, or olives and also straining smaller amounts of sauce. If your salsa or bruschetta is a bit too water, this thing can help. It's a handy little tool that has proved to be far more versatile than I imagined. It is two pieces that I assume are welded together, I do wish it were one solid piece, but you can tell from the pictures that it is two pieces so they are honest about it. That being said, I tried to pull the two pieces apart and I couldn't. I tried to bend the metal and I couldn't, so this is a durable and strong strainer.

The julep strainer came very promptly and it fits the description perfectly. It is the correct shape and size, and the stainless steel material gleams and makes it look great. It is fully dishwasher safe, so it is easy to clean after use. The holes are the correct size to strain out things like lemon and orange pips. Overall, happy with this purchase.

I have a smaller sized cocktail glass and this strainer fits it perfectly. It is well-made with a nice little weight to it. The hole size prevents my lemon seeds from ruining my finished cocktail. I use this often!!!!

I rarely leave 1-star reviews. However, the description is very misleading. I got it as a gift along with a mixing glass and I'm glad I checked it. This won't fit down into the glass, so it allows for a large space at the pouring spout that would allow any small chunks of ice to fall through, which is the whole point of the julep strainer, to prevent just that. They need to revise their description and warn people that the size is not ideal for a standard mixing glass. I'll be returning.
