I wish I had taken before and after photos of my kitchen sink. The sink looks brand new...scratches gone! Make sure you follow the directions they are very clear...also you absolutely have to follow the grain of the stainless. I found that doing long straight strokes worked best. Its not cheap but worked great!

This product is a miracle life saver. I ruined a sink with chemical solution (tried something dumb that I thought was a cleaning hack) and thought all was lost. Nothing else worked and I thought I would have to get sink replaced. Used this product and my sink looks brand new again! This product is amazing! Picture doesn't do it justice and honestly I could have worked on sink more with the next pad up (for even better results) but I stopped while I was happy with the outcome already.

This product is AMAZING. READ THE INSTRUCTIONS FIRST. WATCH THE YouTube VIDEO.My scratches were deeper than I thought so I ended up using the finger pad and the burgundy pad. Then, I went back to the brown pad, The key thing for me was to wet the burgundy pad in an S again when it dried out and the black residue produced by moving the grip handle back and forth no longer produced residue. Whichever pad you use make certain you apply the Ultra Shine liquid again when it no longer produces residue. It will take more than six strokes. At least 40 plus but it’s worth the end result. I searched for a solution after scratching my new stainless steel cooktop for 24 years. I can hardly wait to try it on my BBQ scratches and scorching and my stainless steel sink. Customer service is extremely helpful.

I read some of the reviews and was worried it would not work. One of my employee's damaged a clients Hood fan 36" wide a couple of visibke scratches, one that catches the nail. After about an hour , following the directions the hood fan was revitalized. Not perfect but the scratch was gone and blended in. The client was happy so overall it was a good purchase, and I could still use the pack for a couple of more situations.

I did the test like recommended with cloth on all my appliances and got the black stain. Dishwasher, sink, oven came out great but a big skid mark on my fridge. Pretty disappointed and not sure this is undoable. :-(

This product is easy to use and did a great job on my sink. I did have a hard time figuring out the grain of my stainless steel sink though. And I still have a few deeper scratches. I was a little caution first time using. However sink stains are gone, surface scratches are gone, and it’s looks shiny and new again. Product also leaves a coating and water beads up. Now that I know it works and didn’t do more damage, I’ll use the more course pad and try to get those deeper scratches out. Highly recommend this product. I’m very happy with the results. And much cheaper than replacing the sink, which, by the way, will inevitably get scratched again anyway.

I had some medium-sized scratches on my new grill. The instructions are very clear, follow them, and it works as advertised. Tested with the included test strip to confirm the metal wasn't coated. I started with the gray pad with a small amount of liquid, as instructed. After 6-7 passes in the same direction of the metal, the scratches diminished, but I needed to move to the coarser pad (brown) as instructed. After 7-8 light passes and a wipe with the red microfiber cloth included, the scratches were gone! I returned to the gray pad as instructed for a few more passes to blend into the surrounding area. I wiped it down and did a last pass with some stainless steel cleaner, and I couldn't even notice the original scratches. Great product, and I highly recommend it!

My $900 sink is only 1 year old. I sprayed a chemical descaler all over and went to work without washing the chemical off. When I came home it looked like someone threw ink all over the stainless sink. Tried scrubbing it off with dish pad. No luck. It looked so bad I thought about replacing the sink but they were all sold out.Went on YouTube and researched what to do. Saw Scratch-B-Gone. Tried it and the sink looks new again. Only had to use the grey pad with moderate to hard scrubbing. Took me about 30min to restore to a new finish. Wish I had a before pic to show. The attached pic is after the job. Great product.

I've used it on a stainless steel stovetop which had some heavy residue which burnt over and over again and eventually became almost "permanent". I tried pretty much everything with no good results. This kit was able to remove it effortlessly with great results! In addition, I was able to remove some large scorch marks as well. I'm really pleased with the results and highly recommend this product.

The liquid stripping polish is not near enough. The company is ripping everyone off, big time. It costs then pennies and and the whole kit is naybe 2 dollars to produce. The package is more money than what you buy. I would recommend finding the same liquid, perhaps a stripping and go to the hardware store and buy the whole thing for 20 dollars and have enough to do the whole towns stainless.

I found a Samsung fridge with the tablet in the door at Best Buy outlet center for a steal of a price. Originally it was $3,800 and I bought it for $1,147. The front had several dents and the side of the top and bottom doors on the left side had deep scratches. My wife thought I was nuts for buying it because it was so beat up looking but I convinced her I could do it. The dents were removed with a glue pulled kit from Amazon, and I bought this to take care of the scratches. The kit uses standard 3m pads you can buy anywhere but have been cut to fit their proprietary holder. The older is very nice and easy to use. They also give you foam backed sand paper that fits the holder as well. Then a tiny piece of sand paper for deep gouges. Then a very small bottle of ultrashine liquid that I believe contains gold or some other precious element based on their cost to refill it.Let me go over the good. The kit works overall. It will definitely remove scratches. If you follow the instructions and take your time your results should be good. I used it on a steel farmhouse sink and my fridge. Now lets discuss the things that I wasn't 100% happy with. The entire sides of my door was scratched pretty much from top to bottom along the front rolled edge. It required me to sand it out with that tiny piece of sand paper you put over your index finger. It was an absolute nightmare. If you only have to do a couple small scratches no big deal, but anything larger is a huge chore. Why couldn't they include more than what was given? For larger projects a block sander with more of that paper would have been awesome. Once you use that piece once or twice you are done with it. Because its so small I couldn't find out what kind of paper it was or grit.I would not recommend this on some stainless depending on how the grain is. High end appliances tend to have a little larger grooves or the older stuff as well. A newer fridge like this has finer grooves and you cannot blend into that. You will need to do the entire piece to match correctly. I had a spot on the front door I used the lightest pad in the kit and it's not perfect. I ended up doing the entire door very lightly so it didn't stick out so bad. Looks better but not perfect by any means. The ultra shine liquid is grossly overpriced. Honestly do they need to charge that much? 2oz is $23 and 6oz is $45. I used the liquid pretty lightly but I almost out of it after using it on my fridge and sink. I would need to spend an exorbitant amount of money for more of it if I want to continue to use the kit. This one was tough for me to determine how many stars to give. It did make my fridge look better but i'm not happy they charge so much for their ultrashine liquid. This kit will be pretty useless for me so I might look into alternative liquids. For $50 they should have included more of the coarse grit sand paper. Overall the fridge looks better so it was worth it for me which is why it gets 4 stars. 5 stars would be to provide more liquid and reduce the cost of refill, more of the coarse sand paper or tell me what kind it is.Photo is the bottom being sanded with coarse grit and the top not touched yet.
