Barrina is generally known as a producer of good quality, reliable grow lights.The LEDs in this short grow light are well matched producing an even amount of bright light across the whole length.There is an on/off switch on the light itself as well as a second switch on the power cord. The cord is a little less than five feet long with the power switch located at about the halfway point.This light can be connected to other Barrina lights using the included short connector. (Also comes with an altenative cover for the end port to keep dust out of the internals of the light.)

These grow lights work well for all my plants, from tropical foliage to succulents, carnivorous plants, and vegetable seedlings. If you're new to using grow lights, keep in mind that light intensity decreases quickly with distance. I keep my carnivorous plants, which need strong light, on a shelf right under the lights, while my shade-tolerant plants are placed lower. They've made a noticeable difference in my indoor garden.

This light works great. Easy to mount with zip ties. Perfect for a smaller greenhouse. And it’s a great value for the money. Switch works well and I have no complaints.

2ft grow lights are too short fir my grow shelving . Had to return and ordered 4 it's instead.

This is a great grow light, its perfect for over wintering plants and I use this to start plants.Its full spectrum and the fixture is lightweight, it comes with clips and zip ties which makes it easy to install yourself.The cord is a little shorter than I would expect but it didnt matter since I use an extension cord.The price is great $20 with a $10 off coupon.

These10 watt lights are surprisingly bright and the fact that each can be separately controlled is a huge bonus. That way, if you have two lights mounted under a shelf and you decide your plants need more (or less) light, you can turn on or off one of the lights without having to add or remove a light. The one that is labeled “yellow” is not actually yellow, and is instead a nice, warm bright light, so it’s pleasant to look at, too.

One of the really nice things about this light is it's sheer size. Being 2 ft long, it fits really well on the shelf I use for my propagations. It was also fairly easy that get it mounted.It's also really not badly priced, but unfortunately being not badly priced does reflect the the quality of the light output itself. It works fine, but plants need to stay closer to it for the full benefit of it being a grow light. Which is fine for my needs as my shelves are no more than 18 inches high, but a person definitely can't use the light to brighten a room and expect a plant 3 feet away is going to get the same benefit.

Good but not strong and the wires between lights are very short….I use the wires from another set of 4’ lights , they are much longer

Saw barrina recommended in all my plant groups& now im recommending it to others too. There are a couple things I wish I could change about both my Barrina t5s & hanging bulbs ,overall they are great and my plants are so happy!The set of 6 t5’s goes on sale often for 43$ which is the same price as the cost of 2, so be patient and get the set if 6, Unless you only have a couple small plants.Loved all the included hardware, love that the lights have a metal outer shell vs plastic. Love that there is a cover over the leds they aren’t exposed but I do wish it was less translucent as I personally don’t like to see the insides it looks tacky in a house. I really wish they had a dimmer switch,. It’s hard to find a product that has every little thing just how you would want to design it but all in all these are amazing.I originally planned to put 4 on a shelf because some people said they weren’t very bright. I started with 2 on my shelf and it didn’t seem super bright to me so I added twin more (so 4 in about a 3x2 area ) and my plants started bending away (top of tallest plants was about a ft away) so we went back to 2 per shelf. I had previously had the barrina hanging bulb on the same spot and they were fine … so these things are strong.Each strip has its own switch and there’s also an on off switch on the cord so if you have a bunch of the t5’s connected but you need to give one plant a break you can turn select ones off. I did get one light that for some reason continues to put out a little light when the individual lights switch is off but the cord switch is still on . Not a problem for me since I use the switch on the cord but makes me wonder if there’s an issue with its wiring. I’m sure barrina would replace it as I have heard they have great customer service and warranty products but I didn’t want to hassle with returning it.People mentioned the sticky tape didn’t work so I was reluctant and almost ordered the other stuff people recommended (3m I think) but I had no issues on my painted shelves they were really strong I had a hard time getting one of the lights off to move it haha. Probably depends on the surface.Anyway get these! Don’t waste money on the others these are going to make your plants shout with joy
