CONS: Price.PROS: Mobile. Space.Additional Thoughts: I really like the construction style of this shelf. Assembly is pretty quick and easy. The wheels make it easy to on a smooth floor. I like how the light height can be individually adjusted as well as the shelf height. Each shelf comes with a shelf protector that will help with dirt but they don't have ledges so liquids will run off. The timer is a simple mechanical one that you push and pull tabs to set the on/off times. What I like the most is the size of the shelves, I can put many plants on each shelf, the individual lights, and the mobility! I did take one star off because I think $119.99 is high.LovingTheRetiredLife

This is a stellar setup. The entire unit was easy to assemble with clear instructions and comes with plastic mats for water catchment. The lights chain and you only need to plug in one. The shelving is sized perfectly to fit two of my large seed starting trays. This comes with zip ties and chains so you can hang the lights with your preferred method. This also comes with everything you need for cable management. Before this unit, I had a really hodge-podge setup. This is an incredible kit that will et you starting seeds in an organized and clean manner without taking up a ton of space. I highly recommend it.

The description did not say heavy duty, but I guess I was expecting more. So that is on me.But it came with all the parts. Once you put it together, I do not think it's going to be easy to adjust the shelves. Because when one of the clips were not sitting correctly, it was a little tough to adjust it. It will serve its purpose for now.

The weight limit is just 220 lbs., definitely something to be aware of. There are various options for hanging the lights. Shelf liners are included to minimize the effects of over-watering.You can adjust the height of the shelves. The wheels lock.Assembly is easy, no tools required.

This grow cart is perfect for not only starting seeds but for storing processing tinctures and other products in the off-season. This was very easy to put together I like that you can adjust the heights of the shelves based on your need. The shelves are very sturdy and the addition of the plastic liners on each is a great touch especially for when you're starting your seeds and you have that water element that you won't want to leak down if you over water at any point. I like that I will be able to use this for winter herbs so they can get some additional light that they normally won't get due to shorter days. The wheels lock in place so you don't have to worry about it moving if bumped and they unlock very easy so if you are cleaning it can be moved out of the way without being a big ordeal. Definitely recommend for those who have multiple growing projects going on throughout the year.

This is basically a lightweight steel storage shelf with a set of LED grow lights attached underneath each shelf. Easy to read and follow instructions are provided. It has locking casters, which are nice and a little wrench is provided to tighten the lock nuts. This type of shelving tends to come apart when you try to move it, even with nothing on it. The assembly is pretty standard with this type of shelf. You snap the plastic clips to the vertical poles, then slide the shelf down over the pole and tap it lightly on all four corners to lock the clips in place. The clips have an "up" written on the clips to orient them correctly. I wanted to make the shelves equidistant apart, but the instructions didn't give any measurements to do this. After some calculations, I determined that placing the shelves 14 inches apart will make the distance between the inner shelves equal. There are several ways to mount the lights to get the height you want for your plants. Zip ties, chains with clips, and Velcro are provided. The easiest way is to simply connect the little key chain ring with the clips attached to the center wire on each shelf. Check the screw holding the clip to the ring assembly before clipping the lights to it.The grow lights are advertised as full spectrum, but they are only white. There are no red or blue LEDs which you normally see in full spectrum grow lights. Red and blue LEDs are essential components of full spectrum grow lights, since they are the most effective colors for photosynthesis. Red promotes flowering and fruiting. Blue promotes vegetative growth. I have no way of measuring the spectrum of these lights, so I don't have a definitive answer as to why no red and blue, but perhaps these lights include the red and blue wavelengths? The lights have a power cord with an on and off switch which connects to one end of the first light. The others are then daisy chained to each other using a male plug on one end and a female on the other. I found this somewhat strange, since most LEDs like this have the same recessed male connection on both ends. Depending on how you want to route the connecting cables, you must note which way you mount the lights to accommodate wiring the different plugs on each end.The product comes with a mechanical timer that simply mounts to a wall plug. The power cord is plugged to the outlet on the timer. I did not try the timer since I control my grow lights with an Alexa routine and a smart switch. One of the cables provided had a connector problem. I moved it to the last light on the string so all the others would work. I checked continuity and it showed good, so apparently the connector inside is the problem. I could wiggle it around and the light would pop on and off. I tried to contact barinna-led.com to ask for a replacement. Following the support information in the installation instructions, I went to the website support page which provided an email address. However, the email I sent to that address bounced with a "Address not found" message. Apparently support is not currently available. Since I couldn't get another one, I just cut the bad connector off and spliced in a leftover connector from another light and it now works fine. This is an innovative way to provide shelving with grow lights, but has some issues. You could, of course, make your own like this by simply buying the shelving and appropriate grow lights. I want to like this thing, but the unusual connectors, a bad cable, concerns about the spectrum of the lights, and no support make it hard to give it a great rating.
