The mount is well-made and with black coat it looks good too. I tried it on my 12-gauge Benelli, where it sits little loose and requires some insert or a gasket to secure it in place. The external diameter of the barrel is 21.1mm, now I need to find a strip of some heat-resistant and durable material, maybe silicon, I’m not sure yet. I would want to use some tape anyway to avoid any chance of scratching or marring the barrel and I would gladly pay little extra for the appropriate gasket included with the mount.

This barrel mount is pretty decent. It comes with all the hardware you need which is great. I'm going to give it three stars as it does the job however, I really wish they put some sort of padding or slim protection inside the mount itself as I've seen on others to prevent scratching or damaging your barrel. For my personal setup, I got this for a under barrel tactical flashlight. The Picatinny rail system works great, it's more so the concern of any type of compression or scratching of/on the barrel. So that being said, I'm not sure I will continue to use it and maybe look for other options but the product itself is pretty decent and it will say It comes with a great price and the hardware included. 👍👍
