High quality items. It was perfect for me as I am a beginner to making Sourdough. My friend who has much more experience than I do ordered the same set because she was impressed by the quality.

This is perfect for those just starting out on a sour dough journey! It had everything I needed at a fraction of the cost of buying separate. None of the items are absolute necessities, but each makes the experience so much easier. The only items I have never used are the linen covers and the little pastry brush , which I already had one. The sling alone is worth buying the whole bundle for! I bought this over 6 months ago and waited to review, and I would definitely recommend to anyone who is embarking on sour dough baking!

It took a week of processing my order, but it shipped in one day. Well packaged. Includes: two bread baskets, a bench scraper, silicone sling, scoring tool, basting brush, bread bag, and bowl scraper.Quality is good. I’ve been impressed with it; baskets are a good size, the bench scraper is super handy to have. I love that there is a leather sleeve for the lame (bread scoring tool). The one thing I wasn’t able to find in the description was how high heat the silicone sling could withstand. The answer is 480°. That is too low of an oven setting for my current recipes, so I have yet to try the silicone sleeve. Four stars because it’s a good set, but oven rating information was not readily available on listing.
