This cereal container strikes a nice balance between form and function! So, it's not airtight due to the acrylic panel gaps, and you can't remove the panels so it's impossible to clean, sanitize, and condition the wood with oil. The opening hole is also only large enough to comfortably pour out small round cereals. Even worse is the fact that it's slightly too small to hold the small boxes of many name-brand cereals.So:It can't hold a small box of many cereals.It can't be cleaned well.You can't condition the wood to prevent crackingIt's not air-tight.

This cereal container is definitely a beautiful piece. The bamboo design gives it a clean, modern look, and the clear acrylic window makes it easy to see what’s inside. The quality feels solid and it does a good job keeping food fresh. It’s a great addition to the kitchen if you’re going for an aesthetic, minimalist vibe.That said, for the price, I expected a bit more. It’s smaller than I thought and I wish there were at least two in the set to make it a better value. If you’re looking for pure function, you can probably find more practical options, but if you want something that looks great on the counter, this does the job.Overall, 4 stars because it’s stylish and well made, but the size and price make it feel like more of a premium buy than an everyday essential.

Super fast shipment. Well made from quality material. Easy to use. Works great. Love how much it can hold. I actually use it primarily for rice since I like to buy in bulk and none of my other containers are big enough. Good price. Good deal. Love the look of it too. Clean and simple.

This is a nice looking item, but it is tiny - the idea of repackaging cereal in this doesn't make any sense because there is no cereal box size that would give this small quantity, and you'll end up keeping the box in the cupboard anyway. Also after a few breakfasts you'd have to refill, and you can't take the top off, so there is a very small hole for refilling. They do provide a rubber funnel to help with that, but if are using granola or anything with pieces in it it will take forever to fill. If this was at least twice the size it is, and you could take off the top for filling, it would be just the kind of thing I would love and would use. Now that I see how it is, I'm still trying to figure out what would make sense to keep in it without adding too much work and inconvenience. It is not possible to truly clean it since you can't reach inside to do so. It claims to be airtight but is not as there are gaps between the plastic sides and the wood pieces, so it could become infested with pantry moths. I don't see it as workable for edible contents, and it's hard to think of what could be stored in here that you would be OK with only getting out through a small round hole.

very asthetic for my new pantry. the top was a little difficult to remove, but hopefully that means the container is air tight!

I had high hopes for this product. I've seen them in organizing videos and they look quite sleek. However, this particular product is poor quality.Cons.. It's made of plastic and would have been better if it was glass.. There NO way to remove the plastic sides. Its also quite flimsey and push in quite easily.. It has gaps, meaning storage is not Ideal.. The top is really hard to get off and I almost cried trying to do so. The instructions said to push and twist. But its actually pull and twist... only way I got it off. I don't see this as an option for the elderly or people who have issues with there hands/strength.. There is no way to clean this... I guess you can pour some soapy water in it and swish it around? It's just not practical.To wrap up.. I only see this as "ok" to use if your storing a non-food item or wrapped candy.
