This guitar arrived well packaged. The gig bag is a dust cover. It comes with a nine volt battery for the electronics. The capo is good. The extra strings and strap exist. The guitar itself is wonderful. It's a nice looking instrument. The tuners are smooth and responsive. The nut is either hard plastic or bone, but either way it is cut perfectly. The nut measures 43.1 in width. The scale length measures 23.5 inches, so it's a little on the short scale side. The first fretted note is perfect. The neck is a comfortable C shape with just a bit of relief. The truss rod works well with the supplied hex wrench. The fret work is very good with the exception of the fret ends which are sharpish. Not bloody hands sharp, but much better after running a 320 grit sanding sponge over them. The body is narrower than a lot of acoustics and therefor much more comfortable to play. The sound is very good acoustically and with the electronics turned on. On a side note, I really love having a built in tuner on a guitar. I always wonder why electric guitars don't figure out a way to incorporate a tuner in the electronics. But anyway, this is a wonderful little acoustic electric guitar that is fun to play and sounds really good. At the 180 dollar price point it does have some stiff competition, but I think it's a reasonable value for money.

It looks amazing and sounds just as good. Super comfortable to play, smooth tuning pegs, and great electronics.
