Great Bacon grease container, looks great on counter! The old Aluminum on finally got a small corrosion hole in the bottom and leaked onto counter top. This is stainless steel and should be non-reactive and not corrode. This container is smaller than the old aluminum one, but is still of a quite usable size!Thanks for the new catch can!!DrB

Works great ! Strainer is same durable steel as pot. Surprisingly well made and sturdy for price . Food crumbs smaller than fine salt get through strainer. No grease or oil down the sink will save your plumbing ! Lid is not air-tight . Be careful not to tip pot. And bugs could get in, if using outside.- Grease will catch on fire ! Please do not have it on or next to hot stove - or near candles, etc !!
