Just the right size for small amounts of food and things that you want to wash and drain. Sometimes a big colander is just too much! This is my go to for smaller amounts of food. Glad I got it!

I bought this to cold smoke cheese. I wish the plastic handle would have pulled off, but I just cut it off. I am sure if you were using this for a strainer it would work wonderfully because it works great burning pellets in it.

I needed something with a coarser screen than the strainers I have for making herb tea. This is flimsy, can't say how long it will last and it may not last for heavy stuff but that's what I expected at this price.
