It shipped quickly no apparent damage to the package, however the product itself was bent and the hardware had one nut that was the incorrect size. I was able to bend it to the correct position and purchase the correct size nut. Installation was straight forward and it seems sturdy enough. No instructions or contact info for the manufacturer.
