This kit came with everything, except alcohol (which is optional to use). I messed up when trying to get off the mag safe and was not able to get the bracket by the microphone off to place the microphone into the new glass back. Definitely be patient, but if you would rather not take your chances of messing up the mag safe or microphone, flashlight. I would recommend getting a backing that has the charging coil already installed into the new backing to make the process easier.

This is to replace the cracked cover on my iPhone XR. The kit contains everything needed as well as good instructions. I haven't done it yet, but it looks easy enough for the non-techie to do.

I ordered this to fix the cracked back glass on my iphone xr. I have fixed the cracked/broken screens on 7 other mobile phones. Replacing the screen, digitizer and frame. I figured this would be easy. However, when I started removing the cracked back glass on my beloved xr it was harder than I expected. This company sends some tools to help and I even bought a heat gun to help. After a couple hours of painstakingly chipping away I guess I grew impatient and accidentally pushed through and touched the battery. Smoke came pouring out and thought it might explode. I've NEVER seen a mobile phone do that. I didn't even know they could produce that much smoke. So, it's a good kit but BE CAREFUL AND PATIENT! I miss my iphone xr. Best dang phone I ever had.
