This belt has helped my back pain so much! I chose the thinner band because I wanted to be able to sit and move around with ease and to wear it under my clothes. It fits well under my work clothes but not under tighter fitting pants like jeans. I just wear it over my jeans with a longer shirt tail. Works nicely. You can't hear the crinkling sound associated with velcro with my movement, only when removing the belt. It's really helping me not suffer with my back pain as much.

Having lumbar pain that never went away even after my back fusion, I am desperate to find something to give me some relief.I am in constant pain, but when I get up and start walking or stay standing up for longer that 10 minutes my lower back hurts so bad. I just feel like all of my bones on my back are broken and seat it on that area between my hips. Any ways after reviewing many of this back braces and belts I decided to give this a try. It fits perfectly right around that lower area I can feel some support and more confidence because I have something holding that particular area of my body.Will this take away my pain, No because is not a magical belt.But I am satisfied with it. The only downside is the smell of rubber the material that is made of.Elastic blends or what ever material is used to make them.It is extremely strong odor, and I didn't see any instructions on how to clean it or put it in the washer.Other thing is that you have to remove it every time you need to go to the bathroom because you are not going to put this on your bare skin ,specially if you are sentive to harsh materials like I am.I don't know how long it will last do to that open and close situation.But I do recommend it just to try on, it is worth it.Hope my input help others 🙏🏼

once positioned and tightened properly worked very well. stopped the pain and allowed me to work without being in agony. you still know it hurts but its dull. very pleased with and do recommend.

I am 5’10” tall with a 32’ waist. I ordered this in the smallest size offered, medium. It is way too big and it is not possible to get it tight enough to give any support. Useless!!
