Horrible product but they basically cornered the market. I have used this meter for 6 years and replaced the O2 sensor six times $285 a pop. The CO sensor twice $180 a pop. Luckily I was just under the 1 year warranty for the circuit board which they replaced but still had to pay $150 for the calibration. Good thing I am a former electronic tech because I have done my own repairs several times as well. This product fails fails and fails.

product was exactly what I ordered. It was a 2012 model with an outdated o2 sensor and was inoperable until I called the manufacturer for a replacement. So long story short, 10 day after I received it, it was usable.
