UPDATED 2/17/25:Seller reached out right away and addressed my concerns. Excellent customer service! Resolved the issue immediately in a kindly manner. Thank you!Loved the aesthetic of this, but today my 5mo was playing with it and one of the hangings toys ripped and the string became loose and undone - choking hazard. Also has a very weird smell for a while even after washing. Disappointed.

I love this and so does my 3 month old. The toys really do engage her. She especially likes the crab with the mirror. I love that it has more places to attach toys so I can add other toys I purchased to it and switch them out as her preferences change. Super easy to assemble. Well made. I definitely recommend this.

This is such a cute activity gym but I personally feel it is best suited for younger babies maybe 6 months and under. I say this because the construction of the top part of this mat isn't the most sturdy, so the more capable a baby is of pulling on the toys, the more likely they are to break this gym. The top, dome-like pieces seem like thin pool noodles with a thin plastic pipe running through them for a little bit of structural integrity - you can see from my one picture how the structure deforms with just a little bit of pressure. They are easy to move and bend, and I have concerns that they would bend or break with an older baby. My son is 8 months and plays with his hanging toys like he is an olympic gymnast performing the rings exercise. He would absolutely crush the soft, dome-like structure holding these toys under his weight and strength.With that said, the variety of toys is great. There are 6 toys included: a book that has ocean animal names and numbers 1 through 6, a crab with a small mirror piece, a squeaky fish with a plastic teether, a plush whale, a seahorse with crinkly fins, and a star with a rattle in it. There are 10 loops on the top dome (5 on each pole) that can hang toys which is a little strange to me since there's only 6 toys, but I guess you can choose how to set it up. There is also a loop on the bottom mat which the box shows as being where the book toy would go. The shell mat is super plus and soft - really nice surface to lay on and very sizeable.This mat was very easy to set up. It is a cute toy, but for what it is, $48 at the time of this writing seems very expensive to me, especially if it could only be used for younger babies. I personally would expect this to be closer to $35 and definitely not over $40.

Amazing quality, material is soft and plush and it looks beautiful. I accidentally hit myself in the stomach with one of the overhead bars when i was opening it as it snapped straight when it was packed as bent in half- so either be careful or get someone who's not pregnant to do it🤣
