This product deserves an amazing review! We've had these mats for about two years now in our living room. We set them up as a comfortable play area for my now 2.5yo. The prints are stylish and look more grown up then many of the other mats out there. I like that the edges are removeable so that I can organize it in a variety of ways and expand on the size. It is very thick and cushiony. We have hard wood flooring and this mat makes it so we can be down on the floor playing and interacting with our daughter comfortably and also protects her during all the inevitable trips and falls. It is very durable! The top has a harder surface than other mats we've tried, making it nonabsorbant, easy to clean and resistant to wear. It is just now starting to show a few dings and dents but mainly from my dogs nails and you don't notice them unless you are up close. I've vacuumed, mopped, and hand wiped this mat this with various cleaners and its held up to all of the above and comes clean nicely. This is super important given it's our main play space for my daughter. I've even spilled red wine on this and it did not stain a single bit. It also has a slight texture to the top giving it a small bit of grip without being uncomfortable. The only negative I can think of is that I have one area of my floor where the wood and tile meet and it is not quite flat and the two pieces of the mat will not fit perfectly together here, but it is not very noticeable. They are also on the more expensive side but I truly think they are worth the money. I have received many compliments on it and have 3 friends who have since purchased the same mat for their houses.

We bought it over a year ago. Love the pattern, it’s sturdy and good quality. However, it’s until recently that both my kids cut their knees by the edge as they roll over on it. I think the manufacturer should be aware if this and get it fixed

Very stylish design as opposed to many others. Creates a nice and safe area for baby to play in. It is quite large but you can use as many squares as you like to create the desired size.

Received only 5 tiles initially but the company responded very quickly and sent a replacement. Mat is as advertised.

I am so satisfied with this purchase that I came to write a review 15 minutes after getting it. The package arrived much earlier than I thought! My senior dog has arthritis and he has been struggling to lay down in the floor (hard tiles). He loves the comfort he gets from the mat and I love the style it has.Thank you!

I loved this mat at first, and I kind of still do, but I'm bummed about a few flaws.PROS:-Super cute pattern-Comfortable padding for little heads to avoid bonks-I like that you can add more pieces to fit the desired size, but do keep in mind the shape has to be rectangle/square, you can't branch off or do an L shape as the edge pieces won't work at the corners that way.-Great customer service, I had an issue with my first mat and reached out and they sent a free replacement right away.CONS:-The mats don't hold up well.-They are easily punctured (my son dropped a matchbox car on the mat and there was an immediate hole).-You can't set anything heavy on it as the mat won't "bounce back". For example, I wanted to be able to put the a chair on the mat, but the indents from the chair are permanent and so if I ever switched up the room, the indents would still be there and look terrible.-The pattern peels after awhile, at the edges, corners, etc.-The pattern has faded DRASTICALLY in just 3 months. The mat is in our playroom and from the sun coming in thru the windows there is a serious change in color after only 3 months. I wasn't using all pieces and when I compared them recently I was shocked at the difference. The color change isn't consistent throughout, either, the middle of the mats have changed much more than the edges, so the color change is noticeable instead of having it all fade (which would still not be great but at least would look cohesive). So essentially, they won't last long if after 3 months they've already weathered so much.I'm bummed because in theory this is a great idea! But I'll have to replace it much sooner than I would a regular rug.Hope this helps some of you buyers out there!
