My school ordered this product to be used with Biorad's PV92 lab. The bands showed up more clearly on the gel than the DNA ladder provided in the Biorad kit. However, we used 380uL of the product, and we now only have about 10uL left in the vial. We teachers know how to pipet correctly; we aliquoted 40uL into separate tubes. It wasn't an issue of students pulling more than expected from the stock tube. We've decided to order this again despite the fact that it had fewer than 500uL because it worked for our purposes and was still cheaper than getting the volume we needed from the Biorad kit.
