It's hard to find good awls these days with wooden handles. These are extremely well made and will hold up for years in my wood studio.

I loved that they perforate really small holes for my pages. It is not very good quality though, the handle is very long so it is not a comfortable grip at all for small hands. It is also very light duty and doesn't feel very sturdy but I hope the needle doesn't come off too soon. Overall if you're looking for a thin needle for delicate work, this might work

I use this needle tool in my clay work as a doll maker. The needle is sturdy and longer than most needle tools. The handle is lovely wood and the copper metal collar is secure and decorative.

THERE IS NOTHING TO DISLIKE FOR THESE HOLE PUNCH AWLS; IN SPITE OF THEIR FRAGILE LOOK, THEYARE STRONG AND VERY EFFICIENT IN VERY SMALL DETAIL WORKS AS WELL AS IN GREATER ONES. I AMVERY PLEASED IN WORKING WITH THEM. BUY WITH CONFIDENCE !
