I absolutely love this clay, I used to work with Crayola branded clay from the dollar store and well letโs be truthful here, It doesnโt cut it, It cracks and itโs overall a pain in the ass. When I tell you this clay is life changing I mean it, Itโs worth your money for sure and the texture is a little sticky but thatโs to be expected. The only part Iโm sad about it the wait for it to dry (Yes Iโm addicted)

Works like a charm. Plenty of working time for sculpting as long as you watch a couple videos to get your timing down as it's much easier to sculpt detail towards the end of it's working time. Fully machinable and sands nicely. Also works great to fix any defects on any castings of urethane or epoxy resins (probably polyester resins too, but I don't mess much with them.)

I don't know why more people aren't talking about this clay. It's more workable than standard, polymer, or paper clay, while it has the potential to cure with a ceramic glaze-like sheen due to the resin compounds (depending on the mold used โ think resin in a silicone mold, or glassy-smooth tempered chocolate.) I don't know who came up with this clay, but it is *sheer brilliance.* Excellent for *teeny tiny* details, and pigments adhere to it like magic while sticky.

Well, I needed to sculpt on a terracotta pot so I needed a frost proof and durable solution. This stuff is amazing, very easy to work with, 2 equal part mix which is also easy,no baking or faffing. Workable for a good while, absolutely solid when cured( 24hrs) adheres to itself without additional adhesives even when fully cured. Acrylic paints work incredibly well to finish any project, as would any paints to be fair.I have also used it to repair small items too and this has also worked perfectly. So many uses, although mine is mainly for sculpting. It also goes a long way, I bought the 1lbs one and I still have well over half left. Sounds expensive and I was sceptical but very glad I bought it.Only side note, knead it well with equal parts of A and B. If you think you've kneaded it enough, knead it a bit more, works much better.

This product combines the flexibility of a nice modeling compound with built-in glue. I use it in fine art crafting and it adheres beautifully to wood or hard-shell gourd surfaces. Mix even portions thoroughly, wait five minutes, then craft away. It works well for about an hour before it begins to feel different. It's hard (air dry) in 24 hours, and after that I have trimmed, filed, sanded and painted it with no problems. (I generally use a gesso primer first.) It usually adheres very well, so no glue needed. But I do rough up a smooth surface first because that seems to make a difference. My challenge has been to only take as much as I need for a given session; once it's combined, you've got to use it. And you have to keep in mind how much you can get done while it's still malleable, so it's better to work in batches if you're going to be at it a while. It costs enough that I don't want to waste any of it. I gave it four stars for value only because I cannot believe how much the price has gone up since the last time I bought it! (Roughly up from $17 to $27 in a couple of years.) But, it's a really good product and I'll probably be using it till my hands fall off.

I needed to mount a wireless garage door keypad on the outside of our house. The last one was right next to the garage door itself and exposed to the rain. They are supposed to be designed so as to remain dry in a rainstorm. That is not the case. My decision was to mount it on a window sill under out front entry, out of view and out of the elements. The front of our house is made up of fieldstone, and I was not about to drill into that. My alternative was a mounting compound of some sort, after reading the reviews I went with this product. It is smelly, but not overpowering. I wore gloves, took equal amounts of the two components and rolled them together and then set them on the back of the wireless garage door opener. I waited as instructed and pushed it up onto the fieldstone. After waiting the prescribed amount of time I can say that the opener will not come off without a fight. I used a bit of the extra to fill in the old screw holes on the old garage door opener. I painted over the compound filled holes easily. I will recommend this product for mounting plastic to stone. I haven't used it for anything else yet.

Personalmente no me resulta insoportable (simplemente un poco "raro"), y yo me he acostumbrado enseguida.Una vez la mezcla estรก completamente seca y endurecida, se pinta muy bien (de momento yo solo he probado con pinturas acrรญlicas).

I have never used anything like Apoxie Sculpt before. I donโt think of my self as artsy in any way which is why it took me over a year to even open my jars. I have a much beloved garden fairy who has been the centerpiece of my garden for 25 years. Sadly, she has taken more than a few falls and hits. She is made of some type of resin and had one wing almost cracked off with huge holes. She was so damaged that I have been looking for her replacement for about 5 years. I decided to try Epoxy Sculpt as a last ditch effor to rescue her. This is what I did:1. TRIAL RUN: I put rubber gloves on and used wooden popsicle sticks to take a tablespoon of each product out of the jar. I mixed the product for 2 minutes and let it rest for 5 minutes. At this point the mixture was ready to use. It has the consistacy of play doh. It is not sticky or runny and easy to shape and mold. I tried it out in a inconspicuous place in case I made a mistake or it did not work. It was great.MY PROJECT:1. MIX PRODUCT- estimate how much you will need to complete your job. Using clean, separate utensils, take equal amounts of each jar and knead for 2 minutes. Wait 5 minutes to let product to rest before working with it.2. APPLY PRODUCT- depending on the size if the job, work in small areas until you are comfortable applying the product. It is easily spread and sculpted. If it gets sticky or hard to smooth down, you can wet the surface or your finger and it will glide on easier. A wet finger will create a smooth surface, a popsicle stick or sculpting knife can create any type of surface you desire. I used a wooden popsicle stick to create a rough surface to blend in with the finish. You can take your time as it does not set up hard for a few hours.CLEAN UP- the product washes and cleans up easily with water.I want you to see my garden fairy. First pic is of gaping wing hole, second is right after applying product, third is a day later after set up. So impressed with this Epoxy Sculpt!!!! If this review was helpful please press the โhelpful buttonโ which means alot to me. Thanks.
