The easy-to-use electronic buttons make it so much more convenient to use. Simply press the button of choice and allow the water to flow from the spout. There is a digital display with a clock as well as digital temperature control allowing you to adjust the hot and cold to your preferred temperature. The machine's highly efficient compressor makes the cold water crisp and ice cold at approximately 47° F without the need of adding ice cubes to your drink. There is a built-in nightlight making the water spout clearly visible in the dark. The dispensing area is 12x3.25x8.75 inches with 7.5 inches of space below the spout. This will accommodate most large cups or bottles. This water cooler is bottom loading with a cabinet to hold 3 or 5 gallon bottles. The water is pumped from the bottle through the machine. We have incorporated a self-clean ozone function which will automatically clean the machine's water tank with the injection of ozone by the press of a switch. The water cooler is UL listed. The dimensions are 13.5x12x41 Inches.

Box was perfect and it arrived with a million damages on it. Also does not function properly.

The only positive things I might be able to say about this A14 unit is that it was exceptionally well packaged, looks great, and stands quite sturdily. But that's it. Everything else, all the things that truly matter, simply do NOT measure up at all. And I really did want to like this water cooler, given all of its promising notes. But alas... I just can't recommend it in any capacity. Here are the issues...1.Way too expensive for what you're getting. Other competing $100 units out there provide every bit the same, if not better, experience as this cooler does.2.If possible, water coolers really only ought to be purchased and actually picked-up yourself from big-box stores off of a multi-stock skid of product which would all be standing upright, likely from the factory. I say this because whenever you order these things elsewhere they are almost always delivered via courier while having been lying down flat during transport. These coolers MUST NEVER be allowed to lay flat for extended periods of time as that most often will cause damage to the unit. This was precisely what occurred with mine, AND it was also just left sitting on its side on my doorstep by Amazon's own contractor. I paid for an upright water cooler. What I received was one on its side, which was not what I ordered or was depicted in the product-page images.3.Upon unboxing, there was a 15% 'accessories' discount card inside which didn't work at all as I tried using it immediately on their site for a couple of cup dispensers but when trying to enter it in to the DISCOUNT CODE field, it wouldn't take and kept saying 'invalid code'. This card formed part of the purchased product and it did not function as indicated. False advertising = Scam?4.This A14 model is marketed and advertised as a stainless steel unit. It actually isn't. It's merely hyper-thin stainless steel sheeting in three segments down the front facade of the cooler -- applied overtop of plastic. The sides are black painted thin panels of steel, not stainless. The flat top piece, the angled control panel and its buttons, the protruding single spout, the drip-tray reservoir, the inside of the door, the inside floor -- are all just plastic. The only actual hardened, totally designed stainless-steel full-component on this unit is the actual flat drip tray itself that sits atop its collector reservoir.5.There is an awful, awful, horribly awful aftertaste of some kind with the water being dispensed from this machine, and from all three outputs. And this was true even after having tried 3 different brands of water. AND... I totally rinsed out the machine entirely by following their own instructions. AND... This still exists even after dispensing with 4 full 5-gallon bottles of water. No change. That terrible taste is still there. In my view there's, obviously, something leaching from any one, or any number of the multitude of components making contact with the water. I'm so concerned about it that I'm preparing to send off to an independent laboratory a few samples of water collected before and after being processed by this machine. There's something just not 'right' with this, and I aim to find out what it is.6.They claim the cold temperature can be set to 39F. I tested this, and while it most certainly has an option to set its thermostat to 39F, the water only ever reaches 47F. Even after a full day's wait, and within mere seconds of a cooling cycle completing, the temperature still did not get any lower than 47F. And this was conducted in a well air-conditioned environment at 70F. Additionally, after multiple tests through a 24hr period, there were actually wildly inconsistent readings ranging from 39F to 56F -- all while the thermostat was set to its lowest at 39F. Furthermore, these tests were conducted using a very highly accurate engineering thermometer.7.They claim the hot temperature can be set to 194F. I tested this, and while it most certainly has an option to set its thermostat to 194F, the water only ever reaches 176F. Even after a full day's wait, and within mere seconds of a heating cycle completing, the temperature still did not get any higher than 176F. And this was conducted in a stable environment at 70F. Additionally, after multiple tests through a 24hr period, there were actually wildly inconsistent readings ranging from 166F to 176F -- all while the thermostat was set to its highest at 194F. They also claim that the default temperature is supposed to be approx 185F. I tested that as well. Again, the actual real-time temperature under all parameters never reached more than 176F, and again with wildly varying readings. Furthermore, these tests were conducted using a very highly accurate engineering thermometer.8.Lastly... Two relatively minor issues I have with this unit is this... a) The water intake stem, which when not in use inside the bottle, actually has a 'hanger' feature attached to the inside of the door. You're supposed to hang it there when changing out the bottle. This is a great idea except it ought to have been designed for the inside of that compartment instead because when hanging it from the inside of the opened door any residual water leaks out onto the floor below. If it was installed inside the compartment the water would just leak out onto the plastic, non-damageable floor. AND b) The small single LED night light behind the spout doesn't have a shade covering its front, so while it is, indeed, effectively spot-lighting the cup-placement area in ambient darkness, it's 180 degree radiance is really rather too bright -- shining annoyingly in direct path to one's line of sight. I find it's quite a distraction even in a well-lit room. All in all, I wish I had not purchased this product. While I could just return it, the extremely labor-intensive and inconvenient re-packaging, etc, is something I just don't want have to deal with, and so I'm hoping that over time, that terrible taste will subside and then I'll just live with all the other issues. I mean, I've already swallowed (no-pun-intended) the frustration of having really over-spent on this cooler, wasting $575, and am now just chalking it up to 'buyer-beware' and so a 'lesson-learned'. But honestly folks... save your money... don't make the same mistake.

The smell of the water is too bad. It starts shortly after the purchasing. We changed four bottles so far as per the instruction. The situation remains unchanged. For a new product that we purchased only a couple of months, it is not acceptable. No one in the office is now wiling to drink the water. Don't know what to do now.

I bought this and tossed out my old one. What an upgrade! Sure the price is higher than my old cheap one but the value is worth it. Works great, looks amazing, doesn’t take up too much space at all, its functions are perfect! No complaints

It was great while it lasted. The manufacturer's warranty is only 1 year and the cold water line kept freezing. I thawed and cleaned to no avail—It's broken. I have no idea how to fix it nor do I have the time to become a repairman. It was a great water dispenser with self cleaning and super cold cold water and piping-hot hot water. It worked flawlessly until it didn't. The quality is FAR superior to the best dispensers you are able to rent from your water distributor. Currently the company we get water from rents water coolers for $20 per month. So, it paid for itself in offset monthly rentals.BUT... I did purchase an extended warranty when I initially bought it. So, for $30 I had 5 years of coverage. When I contacted the warranty company they immediately gave me an Amazon gift certificate within the hour. I purchased a Brio since this one is no longer available at the same price. With the Brio I purchased another 3 year warranty for $35 for it.Moral of the story... buy an extended warranty. It'll pay for itself.

Worked great for 14 months. Well maintained and cleaned. But soon after one year, and warranty expires, no water. And that's fine, things fail, but when they are just over warranty you expect the company to honor the repairs, its just good business.I gave a call to the sellers. Explained the situation. They would not cover parts as 1 year just passed. I explained I try all the trouble shooting and swapped fitting around, but they still insisted it was the fittings that failed. I agreed to get a set of fitting, but I also wanted a new pump as I concluded it was the trouble. I paid for the parts as we still wanted to utilize the product. Considering it was a 400$ investment. As expected, I first tried the new fittings, no help. I did a pump bench test and it was the obvious trouble. I took it all apart and began to install the new pump. Come to find out the new pump was slightly different and the base would not accept the existing screws to remount it. I used self tappers as I needed it back in business for my family. I followed up with customer service that is was in fact the pump so they credited me the 12$ for the fittings that were not needed. It would just have been good business to honor the repair a month after warranty date. And if i didn't insist on ordering a new pump I would have had to waist another couple days for it to arrive. I let them know id have to leave this truthful experience review. Be prepared in one year to get technical and buy some parts.

Had this for almost a month and has been working great so far. My 8 year old and 5 year old have no problem using it. The button is electronic and no strength or fine motor skill is involved in using it. So far no spills or accidents. You give them a cup and they will never ask you for water. They love how easy it is and "cool" to use. Now that we are working from home, it's the gathering place for the family. The wife loves hot water for tea, kids enjoy room temperature water, and the cold water is fantastic as the days get warmer. We got rid of our drinking hot water boiler (ones that a lot of Asian families have) since this machine heats as you go instead of keeping a full 4 liters of water hot at all times. The best thing about this water dispenser is the self cleaning mode and an on/off switch for hot water and cold water. You can turn off the hot water if you don't use it all day and the cold water during the winter season. The water dispenser looks modern and sleek and will fit in no matter how modern or no modern your kitchen is.

This is a great water cooler. I have had it for a few months and it’s been working great. Very easy to use and I don’t have to worry about really pushing down on buttons to dispense my water. Bottom loading, easy electronic button dispensing and quiet. The compressor is not loud like other coolers I have owned. The unit cleans the tanks to get rid of any bacteria by pressing one button on the back. That takes about 90 minutes, so I do that once a week at night. It will tell you the bottle is empty by a blinking light on the panel. It also has a water level indicator for the drip tray. It will tell you when to empty if you overfill you're cup. I like the bright light that you can turn on. Lights up the whole area where you are filling up your cup.

It is a great alternative to those rented coolers your bottle water vendor offers.Reviews seemed to mixed on this unit, but I have nothing but praise for it so far. I admit, I was a little hesitant at first, as several reviews reported shipping damage, and it cannot be returned - however Amazon as well as manufacturer have some superlative Customer Service(manufacturer will replace it, or Amazon will refund if you have issues, they just will not accept a return - likely due to the coolant). But, I hooked it up and it worked fine.My biggest selling point is the Ozone cleaning system. But there is much more to love, as well: the "night light" feature, the empty bottle indicator, the hot water it dispenses, the ease of replacing bottles, the aesthetics of the design (including button indicators), the quiet operation, and overall ease of use.Unpacking is much easier with 2 people, but 1 person *could* handle it, albeit awkwardly.I've not had a single issue(s) as other reviewers reporting (no leaking, no dispensing problems, no sensor problems).
