I recently picked up this stainless steel wok, and it has quickly become one of my favorite pans in the kitchen. The tri-ply construction ensures even heating, so food cooks consistently without hot spots. Unlike some thinner stainless steel pans, this one retains heat really well, making it great for stir-frying, sautéing, and even slow simmering. The flat bottom is a nice touch, keeping it stable on my induction cooktop without wobbling. The handle stays surprisingly cool, even during high-heat cooking, and the helper handle makes it easy to lift when the pan is full. I also appreciate that it’s oven-safe, which adds some versatility for finishing dishes. While it doesn’t have a nonstick coating, a little oil and proper preheating help prevent food from sticking. Plus, since it’s stainless steel, there’s no worrying about coatings wearing off over time.Cleanup is a breeze—it’s dishwasher safe, but I usually just hand wash it since food residue comes off easily with a quick soak. Overall, this is a solid, well-made wok that works beautifully for a variety of cooking styles. If you’re looking for a durable, induction-compatible wok without the hassle of nonstick coatings, this is a fantastic choice!

Last year, I bought a large stainless steel wok, and it was fantastic. Since we had such a great experience, we decided to get a smaller one. It’s even better than I had imagined. It’s easy to clean, non-stick after curing, and looks pristine. It heats up quickly, evenly, and keeps warm even after the burner is turned off. However, it didn’t come with a lid, so I’ll have to buy that separately.

I do a lot of cooking, and first let me tell you, the build quality on this wok is absolutely superb. This is not some cheap thin steel pan. You can definitely tell right away this pan is made with a thicker higher grade stainless steel that can take a serious beating and keep on cooking. The key is, as most chefs know, with stainless steel pans you need to get the temperature up enough to wear the oil bubbles when you drop a small couple of drops of water into the oil. That's when things stop sticking to the pan and flow smoothly in the wok. It's a smaller wok than I'm used to, but is the perfect size for cooking smaller dishes. And because it is a wok design, which keeps the heat more focused on the center of the pan, the small flat bottom works great to keep the pan steady, unlike traditional round bottom woks that require a circle stand for flat top stoves. The handle is also very high quality as well.As long as you keep the proper heat levels and the proper amount of oil flowing, this wok cleans up fairly easily, using hot water and soap with a standard dish scrub brush.

I love the size of this hefty wok. The second handle comes in handy. The size is plenty big for a dinner for two with leftovers for the next day. A lot of food fits in this pan. My stirfrys have never tasted better. i had been using a flat pan before, but this wok really keeps the flavors in. i thought i would have liked a lid, but the wok cooks food to perfection so a lid isn't needed. This pan makes me so happy. i have been using it for other cooking, not just stir frys.

I got this pan so that I could cook things like fried rice a little better than I have been able to with regular flat pans. This is a sturdy, heavy-duty pan and so far it does not have any sticking issues.Positives:- The pan is made strong and does not seem to have any issues with construction- The large handle gives you a lot of space away from heat so it is easy to maneuver with that handle- I have not had any issues with sticking and the heat seems to disperse evenly- Large capacityNegatives:- The small handle on the front gets very hot so you cant grab it without a pot holder- It ended up with an odd blue discoloration on the bottom inside of the pan. This showed up after the first couple of uses.Overall this is a decent pan and it works well. The sides are a little less steep than some wok style pans that I have used, but it still works well for frying. It has one little design flaw with the front handle overheating and the blue discoloration is a little questionable, but it is still very useful and I think that it will last a long time.

Alright, guys, let's get one thing straight: a wok isn't just some fancy pan you use once a year when you're feeling adventurous. A wok is a workhorse. It's a kitchen gladiator. And this AVACRAFT stainless steel wok? Well, it's ready to rumble.First off, this thing is built like a tank. Heavy-duty stainless steel, no flimsy nonsense. You can feel the quality when you pick it up. The helper handle is a lifesaver, especially when it's loaded with a mountain of sizzling stir-fry. No more wrist-wrenching maneuvers trying to toss those veggies. Now, I'll admit, I was a bit skeptical about stainless steel for a wok. I'm used to cast iron, but this bad boy heats up fast and evenly. No hot spots, just pure cooking power. And the best part? Cleanup is a breeze. No more soaking and scrubbing for hours.I put this wok through its paces. Stir-fries, fried rice, even seared a steak in it just to see what it could do. It handled everything like a champ. The high sides are perfect for tossing and flipping, and the sloped shape makes it easy to get that perfect sear.My only minor quibble is that it doesn't come with a lid. Not a deal-breaker, but it would be a nice addition. I ended up using one from another pan, but a custom-fit lid would be a nice touch.Bottom line, this AVACRAFT wok is the real deal. It's tough, versatile, and performs like a champ. If you're serious about your stir-fry game, this is the wok you need in your corner. Wok the wok, talk the talk, and let's get cooking!
