Instead of battling with screwdrivers and hammers this is the way to go just simply run it all the way in. Put it in the caliber next to the pads and start ratcheting it has made my difficult job pretty hassle free

So this thing works just fine, but has a LOT of back drag and thus requires a lot of pressure on the ratcheting mechanism to make sure it actually ratchets instead of sliding back and forth. Which is totally fine if you're using this once or twice at home, but on the daily as a professional it's infuriating and takes up a lot of time when I just want my thing to ratchet properly.

My vehicle has dual brake caliper pistons. The spreader makes it easier to compress. I really love the caliper hangers. The ratcheting feature takes a bit to do. Just read before using. You need to have some pressure to start.

Sorry folks for not getting the item (ratchet) in the pic. But I was able to get the hooks that hangs the brake caliper which is helpful. The hooks help the brake caliper stay out of the way and keeps them from not hanging by the brake line.The ratchet works just like any ratchet, this compressor was a game changer. In order for it to expand and contract there has to be applied pressure (you can use your hands). As you can see in the pic as well, the the pistons in the caliper are even as well (so it won’t be any air leaks) so when you apply the brakes the pistons will expand evenly. This can be used on any vehicle. It worked fine in my 22 Dodge Charger R/T.Please contact me if you have any questions.
