For those looking to use just the filter this product meets expectations. The gasket on the other hand is complete junk. Will not seal up the pan so don't even try. If you can re-use the old gasket (which Ford recommends) do that.

The gasket is unnecessary and is trash anyway. Don't use it unless your original gasket is damaged. The original gasket is meant to be used for the life of your truck

Didn't use the gasket (stock was nicer) but the filter fit right up to my 2007 F-150 with the 5.4 and 4x4.
