Was very excited about the quality of the faucet itself. The electronics seem to be very good along with the operation of the motion sensor . HER IS THE BAD . If You want to sleep at night do not use the hoses that come with it they are JUNK !! . Also ther is a black washer that goes between the mixing valve and solenoid . If you tighten this in a normal fashion the rubber washer will crush and it will leak . UPDATE tried to purchase new hoses from store but the ones that come with it are specific to the faucet . I would not recommend this faucet . especially if you want to sleep at night and not have to worry about your house flooding

Having an automatic sink in my bathroom is quite the upgrade! It has great water pressure, reduces germs, and is just fancy. I'm glad that it has a battery powered option as well as electrical outlet option. I used the battery pack since I don't have an electrical outlet underneath my sink. The style is modern and sleek. Black is one of my accent colors, and it goes with basically everything, so it really brings my 30 year old house into the future. It was pretty simple to install. I like this one because it is taller and I don't have to lean down to wash my hands. It also gives me enough space to scrub my hands under the water without hitting the sink basin, which I have always struggled with and am SO glad to finally be rid of! The only thing that I don't like is that it doesn't sense my toothbrush unless I get it pretty close. I keep my hand in front of it to keep it running while I brush and spit. It's not a major inconvenience but is worth noting. If it had a secondary sensor underneath where the water comes out (spigot I suppose), then it would fix that issue.

This touch less sensor facult just like company, shopping mall or airport one, very user friendly.I just found if you use longer or closer to the sensor, the cold setting water can turn into warmer or hot water. I guess most of people may not discover that.

Works well for an employee bathroom that you don't want the sink to be left or by accident. This can save you water and price on your water bill. The motion sensor is good and only comes on when i put my hands in the sink. The chrome plating is very easy to clean and looks clean in a bathroom setting.

This was easy for me to install. I mean... I did install quite a few of this type (different brands, but same concept) so it was fast for me. The hardest part was taking out the old faucet, haha.I put this in one of my bathrooms in the basement today, and it was a nice quick and easy install. Mounting the base that covers the holes for the knobs was easy. I just unscrewed the screws in the bottom of the faucet (mine came with the washer and screw already in the faucet) and screw it onto the base. I had a little trouble lining it up straight, but that was just me having trouble making things straight I guess. I did get it in the end with a few head tilts and minor adjustments.Everything screwed in nicely and I had no leaks.I used the power plug near my sink. I don't know, I'm never able to install these without getting kinks in my pipes, but it works, so that's good at least.One other thing of note is that it turns on and off really fast. Like, you can see the flexible pipes jump. You see the whole control box jump. All of the ones I got like this do that. I just read a review about water hammer, and hopefully this doesn't happen to me. I may look into the pressure relievers to prevent that.
