This device is used to keep snakes, lizards or any other reptiles, or, I suppose, mammals too in a wet and high humidity environments. It does its job, and it's held up so far. Two thumbs up

Despite supposedly being tested in the factory before being shipped it was faulty from the moment I turned it on. It pups water fine the first time then does not work automatically as it should. On following sprays I have to do it manually and it will spurt for half a second then shut back off. The only way to make it spray the full set duration again is to unplug all hoses then plug them back in. Then it works once, rinse, repeat.

This took some time to get setup. It has been working okay though. It is easy to read and can setup how you want it. It have been function well for me. Value looks good on it currently.

* The main control module is easy to read and has 2 button controls. It has a USB-C port to power it.* Comes with a plastic hose, connector elbows, USB-C power cord, plastic brackets, foam stickers, filter, manual, and a sensor cord.* You can control how often it mists and for how long.

Make sure to pay attention to the "easy to install" picture on the listing. It shows all of the pieces. While I appreciate that you can customize the setup it also makes it complicated. I have started and stopped the install a few times for my snake tank. It mists fine, but I have yet to get this working in my terrarium just based on taking the time to secure it in a way that my snake wont break every time he goes on a jaunt around the top of his terrarium in the evenings like he likes to do. Other than that, it all seems well made and if you're up for the task of assembling it then it looks like a great system. For now I think I've settled on mounting the misters outside and somehow attaching it in the back of the terrarium lid. We shall see.

I got this to replace a unit that was very loud, but I was otherwise happy with. My cats never have gotten used to the noise and would stress out. This unit is not much quieter.I also hooked it up to the misters that were already in place. Just a matter of swapping the input and output tubes from one to the other. Inspecting the misters that they sent, they were pretty standard and I do not see that they would not work. You have everything you need to get started but for your own jug of DI water. Having a separate tank was never a problem to me, I could just drop the tube in from one to the next and be done. No pouring water into its tank.Pros:Bright display that is easy to read.Sensor can tell you your temperature and humidity at least around where the probe is located. (have a back up)Only slightly quieter than two others I have tried. I would not say this is quiet though. So a Pro in the slightly quieter but still a Con in noise.It works. But keep in mind it does not run off of the probe but it runs off of the settings you entered. You will need to go through some trial and error to determine what works for your set up. I started off way too wet and eventually got it to where it should be after days of trail. Mine is for a pacman frog so I made sure to err on the side of too wet until I got it.Cons:If you have not set one of these up before, it is confusing. Even though it was similar to two others I used in that you set the duration of run and how many times a day it should run, it still took some thinking. The instructions were not great.The number of hours go up to 99. So you have to run through all of the numbers if you make any changes or miss your mark.The display is super sensitive. I bumped it with my hand and did not know it went into the settings mode. This made it not run for a few days until I realized. Luckily my set up has some reserve in the drainage layer that kept it humid enough but it was getting dry. I really was not happy with that.The display does not turn off. I hate bright lights on all of the time.I gave it 4 stars because it does what is needed with some irritations. But I will probably go back to my angry sounding one to avoid accidental shut downs and the bright lights. If this is the first one you try, it will be a weird set up but you will get there. I have tried worse or this would be 3 stars.
