Most people do reviews too quickly after receiving a product instead of waiting to see if an item really delivers or not which is useless, and makes their review pretty much useless as well. I waited to see how this feeder worked for sometime after buying it. It does everything like it's supposed to. Easy to program, reliable and good value. I would highly recommend it. I feed a fat cat and it helped to not over feed it. Proper portions are now achieved. Thank you.

I've been using it for the past several months and it works great, easy to set and refill. My cat gets super excited when she hears the food being served. It holds a good amount of food, I only have to refill once a month.

Operates as it should. Easy to set up and modify feeding times. The lid is a twist and push on, which is nice because my fat cat cannot break into the food reservoir.

What more can you ask for? It’s easy to set up and program (I had four set up in less than seven minutes) and is working like a charm. The sole drawback is that’s scaring my cats when the food is released because it makes a lot of noise. I’d change the material of the food tray to silicone, as a softer surface will make less noise. I’m guessing this is going to be the same for all brands and wouldn’t discourage you on that basis. I might find a silicone mat to cut up and slip in the tray myself, now that I think of it :)Make sure your pet food is no larger than a green pea or it won’t work in this feeder. I’d recommend buying it.

Very easy to assemble and my skittish kitty isn't scared of it. His vet suggested it to help him lose some weight, and it gives out the right portions so he doesn't beg all day.

This unit was $50 cheaper than my last. It was a breeze to assemble, easy to clean, and easy enough to program. It took me about ten minutes to figure out and incorporate the programming aspect. The only other thing I had to keep in mind was that 1 portion on the display equaled 1 tablespoon of kibble. The unit has a good battery life (enough to handle inconvenient power outages), and seems sturdy. The workings are quiet, though the kibble dispensing into the dish isn't able to be muffled. My cat took about 36 hours to not panic at "no" food, but it's been good for her weight and health.

Although I’ve only been using four and a half days. I have to say I’m quite impressed.The only thing I have found “wrong,” is it looses between 5-10 seconds per day. If you want the same exact feeding time every day then it would not be so good.I have had two messages with the seller, they told me to reset the time every now and then. That they strive to make their product better all the time. I have seen a few mention the clock not keeping accuracy. Personally I would not buy another of this brand.I received an instruction booklet plus a double sided instruction page. With both diagrams and words on one side then a chart showing portions and how much for one to six daily meals. So so easy.Very nice braided power cable and a sub power block. The food dish seems to be the perfect shape for a cat. Wider than it is long, so there is plenty of room for their whiskers.It seems fairly sturdy. The lid locks on. I have put a nice sized rock on top just incase. My cat has pulled over an eighteen pound bucket of food with his teeth. So this could be kids play.So far he doesn’t bother with it except to eat.It is easy to remove and clean the feeding dish. To clean the inside I have not checked it out as of yet. At a glance it seems the middle part might be difficult.I did get batteries for backup but as 4.5 days in, I can’t give an opinion. I am very glad there is such a thing. There is a battery metre on the front to show the life left in the batteries. Very very helpful.I have never owned an automatic feeder before so can’t compare. I would recommend trying this one. I did buy on sale and feel I have gotten my dollars worth.

Item arrived fine, but once plugged in I couldn’t get it to work, the screen displays an error mode, even after trying multiple resets, as per user manual. The manual doesn’t have troubleshooting for error codes.IMPORTANT please note that this can’t be returned, I got scammed for 50$.Also, the food tank doesn’t detach from the base, so it wouldn’t be possible to clean it properly.

This feeder is the first automatic feeder I've ever bought and it was surprisingly easy to set up and works just perfectly for me after the first week so far. My cat knows the sounds it makes now and just runs to the kitchen when it goes on.

The Imipaw Automatic Feeder has been a lifesaver for keeping my pet on a consistent feeding schedule! It’s easy to set up, works reliably, and the design is sleek and compact. I love that I can program multiple meals per day, and it dispenses food without any jams.One thing to note is that the portion sizes are quite small. To ensure my pet gets the right amount of food, I have to set it to dispense multiple portions per meal. The first feeder I ordered had some issues keeping time. I reached out to the company and they sent me a new one. It is keeping time and working perfectly! This is so convenient for us as a busy household. Love it!
