It is okay, but water pump went out pretty quickly. The feeder is okay, but there can be improvement with a shallower and longer feeder so the cats head is not against the storage unit while they are trying to eat.

Couldn’t get a better deal, both work great. The water bowl is easy to set up and good flow. The cat feeder is super simple and instructions help out real well. Works great!

The cat feeder was easy to set up, easy to portion, and dispenses on time every time. My power went out and had to use the batteries and it still worked seamlessly. It holds a decent amount of food and locks so my cat can’t access it. The water fountain was also easy to set up and holds a ton of water. It has 3 different levels to allow your cat to adjust. Highly recommend this. My cat loves both of them.

Quite happy with the feeder, works as described if you follow the directions. The water bowl has started leaking after a few months of use.Update: the company reached out and has replaced the water bowl, which works perfectly.

I am satisfied with my purchase but there are some things to note. Set up isn’t the easiest. The feeder/app requires 2.4GHz WiFi, and not being very tech savvy, I had no idea how to access that. Basically, make sure your router has a dual-network capability. Second, the English instructions are pretty confusing/poorly translated. I’ve been using the feeder for a few days now and am satisfied with its reliability and it does get the job done. I like that it logs the history of the feed times. I’m still figuring out all of the controls which is a little frustrating. And lastly, I have no idea what measurements the “portions” are so I’ve just been eyeballing it.The water fountain is great though! Very easy to set up.

I bought this for my 1 year old cat because she is extremely food motivated and was constantly meowing at her food bowl anytime I was walking anywhere through the house. I wanted to make sure that she was on a feeding schedule, even when mine changes. It was so easy to program and I love that it comes with the water fountain as well. She was a little scared of the fountain at first but quickly warmed up to it. After a few days she stopped meowing constantly for food, as she knows it's coming, and now recognizes the sound of the dispenser and sprints to it when it's food time. It also saves me the time of feeding her multiple times a week. I only fill the dispenser about twice a month. The water I change every few days even if it's not empty, just to keep it clean. I would definitely recommend this to cat owners!

Love this automatic feeder. Very easy to set up and works beautifully. Great for times will be gone for a few days. The water fountain is a great addition.

I bought this combination feeder and fountain the day before going on a 4 day trip. I set up a camera to monitor them. I use the recommended size kibbles, and the feeders had no issues. I am on day 8 and still no problems. Programming was simples, although I had to do a little thinking to determine how much food was being dispensed according to the portion settings. Food dispensing is relatively quiet. Neither if my cats were afraid of the feeders. The water fountain is easy to set up. Replacement filters are inexpensive and easy to find on Amazon.
