appears to be forged steel. i'd pull 5t+ with no fear of this coming apart. did i mention it's heavy?

This. Is. A. Beast! I couldn't believe it when I opened the package. The pictures do not readily have height/weight info for the item, so check the description. This is 7 pounds and is nearly 7 inches tall! My mechanic husband was impressed (his friends were impressed). If you know what this is for and you need it, get it! It's awesome!
