I found this to replace the plastic ‘Knitting Jenny’ I found in my old sewing box a few months back so I’d have something portable to take to my crafting group; after a few weeks the plastic bits starting breaking (it really doesn’t owe me anything after 52 years!), but I was enjoying it so much I needed to find something similar to use. This little loom is fantastic! I will admit the included book is rather confusing to me, but I am not a seasoned knitter, and I found a Youtube video that is the perfect help which got me started and now I’m well on my way to finishing my scarf! The loom is extremely well made and I know will last me for years to come. Very happy with this purchase!

Ein tolles, handliches Strickboard, leicht mitzunehmen überall hin. Ich bin begeistert. Dabei ist auch eine Häkelnadel und eine Plastiknadel sowie der Haken zum Überheben der Maschen. Sehr solide sind die Artikel gearbeitet, gute Qualität. Ein kleines Büchlein mit genauen Instruktionen zur Anwendung des Strickboards liegt bei. Dieses Büchlein ist in englischer Sprache verfasst, leider liegt kein deutsches Büchlein bei. Aber durch die Bilder, die bei jedem Text dabeisind ist doch einigermaßen gut zu verstehen, was gemeint ist. Notfalls hilft der Blick ins Wörterbuch.Sehr schön sind auch die Anleitungen für die vier Modelle hinten im Heftchen. Die Packung Knitting Board KB4518 yellow ist wirklich sehr gelungen, vor allem ist das Strickboard sehr stabil, die Kunststoff-Pins sind fest montiert und können nicht so leicht abbrechen.Absolute Kaufempfehlung für alle Handarbeitsfans, auch für Anfänger, dieses Set eignet sich auch sehr gut als Einstieg in diese Strickmethode. Sehr vorteilhaft ist die Möglichkeit, mit diesem Strickboard "doppelt" zu stricken, dies ist im Heftchen genau erklärt, diese Technik sorgt für ein dichteres (wärmeres) Strickwerk, der Schal im Heftchen wird in dieser Technik hergestellt. Ein klasse Produkt.
