Does a great job keeping the product of your choice inside the lid.

I bought these as a replacement for the one that came with my bottle of Black Magic tire gel which only lasted for about a quarter of the bottle. The case these come in is really nice for keeping things clean but the foam is definitely too soft. I’m applying very minimal pressure in the photo and you can see how much it’s stretching. They do work but with gel they take a lot of back and forth to get in all the crevices and I don’t expect them to last long. They don’t work as good as the applicator that came with the gel, the foam needs to be more firm.

Works good. Cheapest I could find. Definitely cheap plastic. Used it 4 times on different washes but it works

Are you tired of spraying tire shine all over your fresh clean wheels? Have you had enough of the marks in your driveway from tire shine? Do you loathe scrubbing tire gunk off your hands after a detail? Want to prevent streaking and make your tires look amazing? Get these tire shine applicators! Ok, enough with the infomercial lingo… seriously, these applicators are amazing when used with the right tire shine (I use Adam’s Graphene VRT). Zero streaking, prevents my freshly cleaned wheels from being coated in tire shine, and also keeps my hands clean. What’s not to love? I’ve worn out the first set I purchased over the last couple of years with bi-weekly washes (they’re quite durable), so now I’m back for more. The covers with these are a nice touch to prevent both the sponge from being contaminated, and protect other things from being inadvertently being “tire shined” between washes.
