While the product itself is good ongoing support seems brutal. We need a firmware upgrade and AudioCodes forces you to go through the reseller. Well Amazon is not that. IT Electronix and there is no way to directly contact them about support or a support contract. Using the very artificial chat engine we can only hope we get a response on how to get the updated firmware we need.

works well. Local tech helped me set it up. 2 day shipping was expensive- wish it was available in Prime from Amazon.
