- Send audio to analog power amplifiers and powered speakers over a Dante audio network
- Patch DSPs, analog compressors and equalizers into a Dante system using a combination of Dante AVIO Input and Output adapters
- Create easy drop-points for connecting overflow areas to a Dante network
Note that Dante AVIO adapters require a Power over Ethernet (PoE) switch or 802.3af compliant PoE injector.

I've bought a few of these as an alternative to buying an expensive multichannel Dante audio interface. The minor inconvenience of having multiple devices instead of a single device is worthwhile for the cost savings and the added flexibility.

If you manage a DANTE network that ever changes or evolves, you should have at least one of these on hand for contingencies at all times! I use them with live sound setups on a DANTE equipped campus, and they are great whenever you want to add a speaker pair or an IEM feed.

What’s not to love? Dante audio is amazing and these help get Dante audio where you need it.We helped a church set these up for overflow using mixers that don’t have Dante and we’re different brands. Using existing network, we used these to send audio across campus over the network. It was simple to configure and sounds great.

This is a great item- at 144 for 2 dante channels- it is competitive1 thing to note- The internal NIC is 10/100 NOT GigabitHowever Dante Controller does not flag this as an error (it does for other dante devices such as the extron dante wall plates negotiating at 10/100)Lowest latancy is 1.0 MS

I love Audinate Dante product which under their own brand. I've experienced some issues when using other Dante implemented product by other brand, but never on Dante product by native Audinate brand. I've use Audinate Dante AVIO almost one year and it work perfect every time it powered up by PoE switch and none issue occurred.
