It fits perfectly in the attic opening. I installed this in winter and I cold feel the cold air stopped flowing in right after the installation. The installation was completed in less than 10 mins.

Overall easy. Once it is situated in place prior to finishing install it was a task to dry fit it in place. Install was quick under five minutes. Instead of staples used duct tape for a better seal and if it ever needed to be removed wouldn't damage the attic door frame or product reuse.Thinking of using excess plastic grocery bags or unwanted pillows in-between the folding stairs to increase insulation and the R value at the attic entry point. For my house purposes no person ever really enters the attic frequently anyway.Overall happy.

This was super easy to install and really cuts the down draft from attic! Fit perfectly and is made of great material. Considering the extra paid for heating prior to installation, it’s a double savings.

In the midst of installing it during our winter in the Northeast US, I could feel it trapping the heat. Highly recommend. It was slightly larger than our ladder opening so I needed to fold it in two spots.

Product was easy to install and took 15-20 minutes to complete. After installation you could visibly see airflow on the tent which will cut down the power bill. It will also reduce insulation falling out of the attic.

This attic tent is well made and was easy to install with a staple gun. I also used spray foam insulation around base where I stapled, but it is not required by the instructions. Made an immediate difference in hot air penetration from the attic. I already had an insulated attic box over the stair entry, but the framing was uneven and it never had a good seal to stop airflow. On hot days the humidity upstairs would rise and you could smell some of the musty attic air that was being drawn inside. There have been several almost 100 degree days since and no signs of air leakage.
