The 28mm muffler pipe spreader automotive car tool kit is used for expanding mild steel exhaust pipes to make perfect exhaust seals with smaller diameter piping.
How to Use
Simply choose the proper collet, iubricate the part of the exhaust expander tool, attach sleeves as needed, clamp the pipe, and then expand away.

Kindly Notes:
Pipe might need to be warmed during winter months to prevent damage while using tube expander.
Use a 1/2" or 3/4" impact wrench will save more effort.
Wide Expanding Range
The exhaust pipe stretcher offers various collets for a broad expansion range from 1-5/8" to 4-1/4". Includes: Steel expander 1 5/8" - 2" Collet, Steel expander 2" - 2 1/2" Collet, 2 3/8"- 2 3/4" Collet, 2 3/4" - 3 1/8" Collet, 3 1/8" - 3 1/2" Collet, 3 1/2" - 3 7/8" Collet, 3 7/8" - 4 1/4" Collet.

cette outil tavail très bien pour expandre mes tuyaux aux collecteurs de headders pour facilement racorder les quatres tuyaux aux racordement. Il suffit de lubrifier correctement l'outil.

Only used once to bring a muffler pipe back normal after removing the clamp. did need a powerful impact wrench though. did the job

Bought this in hopes to use for adding it onto the harbor freight hydraulic ram but the thread is not right its 3/4 course vs harbor freight 3/4 fine.

just in time in a nice sturdy case .showed up in a nice case .impact worked ok on it .grease it up and take your time .very handy tool to have.

While it certainly is a rugged kit, I was unable to finish my job with 14-16 gauge exhaust pipe. Lots of runs with an impact and not able to size up. I will return it and go for a hydraulic unit.

This thing is junk tryed it on a 2 in pipe and it moved it out a little ..... in 4 spots but not round was like a square pure junk don't waste your money also it was damaged after looked like the cage and bearings messed up odk might load a picture
