These are a huge pain to ensure they are properly seated. There's a reason why the factory gaskets are rigid with metal so you ensure proper fitment. If you just slightly slip in placement of these oily rubber gaskets you will be under your car screwing around and it sucks smelling transmission oil and wasting money on wasted ATF. Just stick with the factory gasket you'll be very glad you did when you breeze through the replacement.
