Used a little RTV sealant to hold the gasket in place. As I torqued the screws per the factory service manual specs the gasket split and squeezed out in two locations. It is almost a paper/rubber/cork type material that easily ripped. Wasted time and money on this. Note: The ATP "brand" gasket is pure cork and began to leak several weeks after it was installed, which is why I tried the Fel-Pro. We'll see if the 3rd time is a charm with a rubber gasket!?

Gasket was a little wavy upon arrival but after letting it sit in the sun to flatten out, it fit like a glove. Along with a little RTV (black gasket silicone) sealed a dented and reshaped pan like a charm. Fel-Pro has been around forever, father in law has been using Fel-Pro to rebuild engines since he was a kid.
