Your cart is empty. ATP Transmission filters are designed to keep the transmission fluid clean and flowing consistently, as intended by the original manufacturer. This is achieved by matching the OE specification of particle filtration and fluid flow. Every transmission will eventually accumulate debris from normal wear and tear. It is critical that the transmission fluid is kept clean so that the valve body and other vital components do not become clogged making them in-operable. So, my 2014 Silverado ( WT/5.3 ) needed a transmission service. This worked perfectly. Fit without issue. Great quality. If you have not done this service before, ALERT removing the pan is a complete PITA. Thanks, GM Engineer, for attempting to make it impossible for the DIYer. Sorry, it's not my first time with wrenches. 2 out of 4 wrenches. It is not tricky; it is just complicated because vehicle design-exhaust blocks drop the pan. My other advice is to replace the factory pan with a pan with a drain plug.

This is a great alternative to a pricey OEM filter that appears to be just as high quality. Fits just like it should. One thing I would advise. If you're planning on using the new gasket, be sure you're getting the correct part. This gasket is for the 6L80. The filter fits either the 6L50 or 6L80. Filter was perfect for my V6 camaro, but the gasket is for the V8 models. Other than that, no issues.

I purchased this filter twice already, and will be buying a 3rd soon.I service 3 2014+ GM trucks, and they all have the 6 speed. The filter is very similar to OEM quality, and the gasket is just as good as OEM.Now, even watching all the tips and tricks on Youtube, I was unable to remove the pan. However, if you get a ratchet strap over the Y pipe and the crossbeam, you can ratchet the exhaust down closer to the frame, and it will allow the pan to drop enough to shimmy the filter out and replace it. The vehicles I did this on have 180,000-250.000 kms on them, and did not hard the exhaust. This is also a good time to align the gasket in the pan so it is easier to put back up once you have replaced the filter and cleaned the fluid out of your pan.

The filter is prefect but the transmission seal was not for my 2008 cadillac cts 3.6 rather than that the filter is good a value for the money

Purchased for 2011 Chevrolet Silverado, and it was a perfect fit. Low cost, quick shipping, and good quality are major factors in my reviews. Installation was straightforward once I got transmission pan removed. Good quality gasket that sealed perfectly. Remember correct proceedure is key in any installation or repair. Bottom line is I will purchase again. On to the next project.
