One did not have a protection on, so it was damaged when it arrived! No brush either. I should have ordered the original one from the get go. Returning and purchased an Audio-technica stylus. I didn't know it was damaged and thought my record player was broken and adjusted the speed. Now it's playing slower and sounds noticeably different. Waste of time to save a few bucks. Get the original!

I could not tell any difference from an AT brand stylus, no loss of fidelity or tone, but my ears are getting old and I may have lost some of my range to be fair, but I do have excellent hearing still, eye site, not so much, I think these replacements do sound good.

This stylus is an excellent upgrade to the Audio Technica ATN3600L. Whereas the standard ATN3600L stylus is conical (spherical) this stylus is elliptical (oval). The difference allows the tip of the stylus to contact more deeply into the record groove. You will definitely hear more detail with this stylus. Obviously, the cleaner and better shape the vinyl, the better the playback. In addition more detail, this stylus will likely reveal more noise on older and more worn vinyl. This stylus tracks perfectly and weighs exactly the same as the stylus it replaced so I did not have to re-balance the tone arm. The included stylus cleaning brush works well to safely (only brush moving gently from the back of the stylus toward the front) remove dust from the stylus tip. Great product at a very fair price.
