Works great, and I love that it fits in standard decora wallplates (and includes white and ivory colors).However, the unit is so deep (~2 1/4 inches) that it doesn't fit in any surface-mounted boxes, even those considered "deep". Works great for in-wall installation (those boxes are deeper) - but this building has a mix of in-wall and surface-mounted boxes, and it's quite disappointing that we can't use these. I would have expected that this 10-watt version could be smaller, but is seems just as deep as the 100-watt version.
