I ordered this for my son. Assembling was easy and it was very sturdy. Ended up being too tall for my ceilings so I needed to return. They were extremely quick to respond, understanding, and helpful. I wish it fit in my home because it truly was perfect! Just as described.

It was easy to set up and was able to do it myself. My son absolutely loves it. It’s super comfortable. I was scared it would break if I laid in it and to my surprise it held good! My son likes swinging in circles and it’s firm. Comes with a pump to blow up the plastic cushion for the bottom. It deflates a lot so you’ll need the pump so don’t throw it away! Other than that it’s a great buy!

Assembly was straightforward. Easy for a mom and a ten year old to put together alone. If not hanging from the ceiling, no tools are required.The rods that form the two rings that give the chair its shape are easy to install due to the flaps that hold them being secured by Velcro.The most time consuming and strenuous part was pumping up the inflatable pillow that goes inside.It says it can hold up to 330 or 350 pounds. My son is 100 pounds and the top gave quite a bit when he got in. I probably wouldn’t push it with that much weight but for a child it’s fine.

Edit: I received all parts after messaging the seller. Everything came in great condition and my son loves it!I was really excited to get this for my son. I did not receive the X frame… I got a calling mount that I can not use. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift, but he can not even use it until we get a frame to hold it

I purchased this exactly one month ago for my autistic son. The pod came first then the stand arrived the next day. The inflatable cushion already has a hole in the seam!!! I reached out to the seller and they recommended I patch it and offered me $10. I cant find the same size of cushion to replace it with so now I have to “patch” a $170 item that has been used for less than 3 weeks that is still within its return window! The inflatable cushion loses all its air within 5 minutes so the pod isn't really functional anymore because of how much it sags without the inflatable bottom. Add patching this inflatable to the list of things to do!UpdateI patched the hole yesterday. Woke up to the pod sagging once again because the cushion isn't holding the air. Since the cushion wont hold air the support bars at the bottom of the pod are exposed causing a safety issue.
