Really happy with this product. V solid and well made. I attached longer 1x2s to the feet to give more stability, but that’s because I tend to be on rocky and uneven ground. They’d probably be fine on dirt, where you can use the supplied pegs. I also set them up to be portable, so can throw them in the back of the truck.Perfect for my needs.

These "Atflbox" Target Stands immediately caught my eye when I came across the listing and I was very interested in checking them out. I was looking for a decent range and outdoor target accessories and these looked like good candidates. The product will arrive in simple, plain packaging. Mine arrived in good condition and damage free. On the unboxing I was pleased with the overall build quality of the stands. I was not expecting much out of these to be honest, but I was pleased to see good quality welds and steel with a decent finish. They are lightweight but more than durable enough for their intended purpose. In actual use these are beyond easy to set up and put to use. You supply simple 1 x 2 strapping lumber to act as the sacrificial upgrights.. some cardboard backing and you are good to go! Set up takes minutes. I like like this is basically simple metal stands that takes up very little room in a vehicle and as they can travel disassembled from the wood strapping. For .22, simple pellet plinking or even 9mm, these will really not go anywhere. However, I also like that there are holes in the metal rails that can be utilized for adding spikes if you choose for more demanding scenarios. I take along a few and when pounded into the ground, you will have an extra stable footing.I feel that the current listing price of $59.99 for the 2pk. is reasonable for what you are getting here. This set is worthy of being on your list of considerations if you are looking for useful range and outdoor target gear that is easily transportable without taking up too much room. You can also bang these around in the back of a truck and they will not be any worse for wear. I am giving the Atflbox Target Stands a solid 4.5 out of 5 rating.

This product was provided as part of the Vine reviewer program; please consider this an objective review. Some of the items can be reviewed by a simple one sentence. Sometime I am brutally honest and that it is only my opinion. This is my review on the Atflbox 2 Pack Shooting Target Stand with 10pcs 17x25 Inch Sight in Paper Targets, Durable Paper Target Holder with Stable Adjustable Base for Cardboard Silhouette, H Shape, USPSA/IPSC, IDPA PracticeWhile the stands them self are well built and the welded parts of the stand are nicely done. I found that and this is just me, Metal could be thicker. But for portability I think a thicker metal would defeat the portability. In my opinion using a 1 & 13/16th”x 13/16th”piece of wood for the target support is really not practical if you should go off target. I could easily see the wood being splintered.I wound up ripping the 2x4 on one end of each post to be used 1 & 13/16th” wide from the bottom for the length of 3 & 10/16th”. I then made a dado cut from that so I wound up with the final end being 1 & 13/16th”wide the length bottom of was 3 & 10/16” long so it fit snugge in the stand over all lenth was 4 foot.Keep in mind that in order to use a target clips you need to put what you are hanging the target on wider than the stand. If you do that you wont have to use staples. The included targets are great for sighting in you firearm.

I use similar target stands of heavier gauge steel as permanent range fixtures which stay planted by their own weight in any breeze I’m willing to go out in. The Atflbox stands are lighter gauge steel — weighing just 4 pounds each, or barely more than half the weight of my heavier stands. In breezy conditions, they will want weights or stakes to stay upright with a 24” x 30” cardboard backer. The 5-inch pins provided would accomplish nothing in my sandy soil. Perhaps they would be effective in damp clay, but probably running something more formidable through the 10mm holes will be required. The tradeoff is that these bases are easy to transport when everything needs to be hauled in and set up for a range session. The welds are clean and the construction appears durable. The third stake pocket for narrow target backers are an interesting addition. I don’t think I would use them, but they do provide a more stable base if narrow uprights are desired. Four 3/4” steel binder clips are included with each stand. That size clip will barely fit over the 3/4” lumber uprights, but are quite stretched to include a cardboard backer as well. I prefer to use 1” plastic spring clamps — easier to use and less scraps of steel flying around if one is struck. You will be headed to the lumber yard anyway…The 17” x 25” targets are a standard five-diamond sighting in layout, blank on back — decent quality heavy paper. I use the same style at 25 to 100 yards on 8.5” x 11” paper, so I’m not sure what I will do with 4 times larger...

You can read the specs for size range of target but I'll add that it's a pretty wide range covering any targets I've encountered.Pros:- Quick set up- Reduces the chance of ricochet- Improves accuracy through clear impact indication- Compact storage- Excellent metal finishing, welds and fasteners. Edges are straight, corners beveled, welds are clean and solid, fasteners are tacked in place and black finish is excellent.- Uses common sacrificial 1 x 2 wood for posts- legs are reasonably wide and sturdy. Can be anchored if necessary- Targets supplied are sufficient to get started and numbered along edges for scoring- Outer box is screen printed and clearly shows on both sides what it's contents purpose is if you are gifting it. It's appearance is practical and tactical. This is a well made and thought out target support system that can quickly set up a practical and professional looking practice range. The wood and paper components to reuse the system are commonly found and it will accommodate most targets by quickly adjusting to thier size.

This adjustable shooting stand kit is well designed, complete, and easy to put together! It is widely adjustable for different widths of target sheets. It works with leg uprights that you provide, made of 1x2 std planed lumber available at any building supply store. The upright legs are of course the damageable / replaceable portion of any shooting target stand, which get hit when either the sighting-in has not yet gotten the firearm on target accurately enough, or if the shooter needs more practice! So, yes, it's a good idea that the legs be (a) wood versus metal and (b) cheap to replace. The "butterfly bolts" used to tighten the wooden legs into the stands are bolts that have built-in "wingnut/butterfly" heads, so not tools are needed to tighten or loosen them, making assembly for use and disassembly for transport very fast and easy. The 2 base stands each also have bolt holes in them to enable mounting the bases to standard 2x4, or larger, lumber "skids" to resist strong winds that are trying to topple the targets. The middle upright "channels" that hold the wooden legs allow adjusting the width spacing of the legs to be as narrow as 10 inches, enabling use of very small target sheets if desired - even standard 8.5" x 11" paper pages will work.8 ground nails are included to secure the bases to the ground if you don't have a set if "skids".There are 2 spare butterfly bolts beyond the 8 needed to hold the legs and base components together firmly, so if you lose a couple, you will still be able to shoot. The matt black finish is nice, as it will not reflect sunlight. The kit includes a package with several 17x25 sight-in targets to get you started. For shooters who will merely use the target stands for an annual sight-in, these provided targets will keep you supplied for a while.2 plastic end caps are provided for capping the unused leg positions (normal use uses only 4 of the 6 leg postions).8 butterfly clips are provided to fasten paper or cardboard targets to the upright legs.As you can see from the attached photo, the entire kit is very compact when the width is adjusted for transport. The entire kit is also very lightweight, again making transport very easy. This kit gives you everyhting you need to set up 2 separate target frames, for use side by side or at 2 different ranges. The smart design and completeness of this kit make it fast and easy to transport, assemble, and use. This is an easy 5-star product!

For the price point, these target stands are a great value! The set of 2 stands are well made, sturdy, easy to transport and easy to set up. All you need is some 1x2 strapping for the upright supports and you are all set to go.I do a lot of shooting either at our Rod and Gun club or at my camp. The metal is nicely finished with powder coating and has threaded holes for the butterfly bolts for adjusting the width of the target base and securing the upright wood strapping. Using wood for the uprights minimizes the chance of ricochets by errant shots. Our range has soft sand floors and I don't think the included metal pegs are going to be much help in windy situations - I will be throwing a sand bag over the cross arms in these situations.I love the included targets, they are my favorite design for sighting in my rifles. Even the box they come in has targets printed on it! I would have preferred that the stands accepted 2x2 lumber for the upright supports but then you would have to staple the targets to the wood instead of using the included clips. All in all, these stands will be a great addition to any shooters kit!
