I bought 2 VCR head cleanersFirst box the cleaner tape would not come out of the box and the door on the tape broke , the second one 5 minutes later also would not come out of the box so I tore open the box and found the glue had bounded to the other one as well total waste of time and money.

My VCR was having problems with 'eating' or destroying tapes. I thought it had picked up a magnetic charge & the two Head Cleaner tapes would be able to restore it to the point before the machine began to malfunction. The VCR internally just pulled both Head Cleaner tapes apart. This proved I was wrong but the fault lied in my VCR, not the Head Cleaner Tapes themselves. They were as described by the seller, but simply did not work out my VCR problem. As previously stated I thought the Head Cleaner Tapes would restore my VCR to operational standards, but I was inncorrect. The Head Cleaner Tapes were fine as they were described by the seller, so i would rate the seller highly for giving me what I purchased.

I needed to use it to keep my vhs player clean and when I put the first cleaner in it did fine. When I went to clean my player again the tape jam in the player and I had to cut the tape ribbon to keep from damaging my vhs player. Thank the Lord it didn’t damage my player!! Poor quality!! Very disappointed!!

No surprises from this purchase or delivery. All was new, in package and as advertised. It arrived days earlier than expected, 9/28 (due from 9/30-10/7.)I haven't opened either yet, but expect some possible issues from earlier reviews seen. I am optimistic that all will be fine when put into use. I have had good results with both dry and wet cleaners, and am happy to find these still on market. I suspect some complaints could be related to the condition of the machines. The tape transport in VCR's is often the first thing to fail and could end the use of a machine. Given the reports seen, I will be cautious when I start to use the cleaner, and watch closely the first time or two. I thank others for their reviews of this product, so I'm aware of what some have experienced with it. I hope to update once I've tried to use them. 3 stars for Value and Expectations.
