The screen doesn't like the cold, so don't leave it in your car during winter like I did. It's very accurate and reliable. Uses 2 AAA batteries, has a comfortable weight and grip feel. Quick to read pressure. The light is very helpful. The auto off feature is nice. The screen is very easy to read.All in all, it's an absolute must have.

Great tool to have. I use it several times a month. So far, it's been accurate.My only con is that the body is 2-piece plastic and the metal part screws onto it. Half of the plastic threaded portion broke off so I had to glue the metal to the plastic body to keep it connected. If I could change one thing about this item, it would be to make the body metal or aluminum.

The backlit screen is wonderful in low light areas. The plastic grip may be harder to hold on to. Rubber would have been better.

This opinion excludes the durability aspect. It feels cheap so it might not last. But I also lost a good analog gauge in less time than I expect this thing to hold up. Hopefully I find it, but I suspect someone else is bragging about their score already. Good for them because I've found decent pliers that way.Anyways, I like the backlit display and it seems accurate compared to another decent analog that I purchased at the same time, on tires that I had a good idea of the pressures already.Some gauges for some reason are a little stubborn to get a good solid read on without leaking air at first while others are dead easy. This one is dead easy.Downsides for this type will be the same for most digitals. The handle is thick so clearance might be a problem in some cases.Otherwise it's pretty cheap (price) and built cheap (but won't fall apart in your hand). I just question how it will hold up stored in my truck. That's why I bought the analog too.

I purchased this tyre pressure gauge after seeing one used by my friend. My car currently has a slow puncture and this tool has been invaluable whilst waiting for new tyres. It is robust, hand sized and easy to use. The pre set pressure facility is excellent and the light enables easy reading of the display. It is quick and easy to check tyre pressure and is versatile for other uses

Our newest big deal at work is tire pressure. We all got issued, the basic no frills gauge. This makes life so much easier, it’s accurate and has a light on it that makes it possible to check the inside dual tires. Highly recommend this to any Commercial driver!!!

Très utile - surtout dans l'obscurité - pour obtenir la pression des pneus et les mesures sont en décimal aussi donc très précis. La raison qui m'empêche d'attribuer 5* c'est l'absence d'une soupape de décharge qui serait la cerise sur le gâteau.

I work at a tire company managing the tires of a large commercial fleet, I've used crappy spring gauges for a few years but moved to digital because they never stay accurate for very long. Previous digital gauges I have used had several disadvantages leading me to constantly try new ones to see if there is a better one. This gauge is pretty much perfect for doing a ton of air checks on big trucks. Some improvements on prior digital gauges I've used:- This gauge uses AAA not coin batteries, huge plus! In winter use Energizer Ultimate Lithium rated for -40c!- Fast Startup when you push the button- Little light is actually pretty useful when checking inner duals, is a handy indicator to tell if the gauge auto shut off right as you go to check a tire also.- Auto shutoff gives you ample time to get the caps off and check pressure, timer resets every time a reading is taken so you only need to push the button once to check the whole unit.- Display is huge and bright, numbers do fade when viewed from a very certain angle but very clear most times.- We test our gauges weekley and it has been spot on for the few months I've used it.- Display slows down a bit in the real cold but works just as well. Live in Alberta & its been in the -20c range already.One caution is the metal shaft screws onto the plastic gauge body, this joint is a weak point and my first gauge ended up cracking, (possibly due to the cold). Its fine for normal use, just don't put unnecessary pressure on that joint. I contacted the company and they sent a replacement gauge right away so it's nice to see they support their customers.
