I purchased this syringe and I went through 3 carpules of Lidocaine before it kind of worked. The harpoon does not engage with the carpule to pull up for aspiration.Unfortunately, AMAZON and DDP would not accept this for a return even though the product was DEFECTIVE!!!BEWARE of AMAZON for not standing behind the products they sell.
