Tiny size. May as well buy a used board book and gluing white pages over top. Might even be better to bind your own blank book somewhere.

Ich hab das Büchlein für ein Bilderbuch zum 1.Geburstag verwendet.Es ist zwar kleiner als ich dachte, aber die Abmessungen waren bekannt.Bin sehr zufrieden.

I like the book.The thickness of the pages could have been much thicker for my purpose.I made a "First" book for baby to look at. Photo's of mom, dad, grandparents etc.I put clear plastic over the photos on the pages. It turned out really well.But as babies go, everything goes in the mouth and the corners get quickly dog-eared.So, triple the thickness of one page and then it is about right.

I am an artist and have been doing gel print monoprinting for some time now. I tried out this product for gel printing using acrylic paint and it worked great. The surface has a coating so that the water and paint do not soak into the pages. This feature prevents the pages from warping. I was able to print several layers of acrylic with no problem, plus added some collage as well. The price cannot be beat! Note that I did try using water soluble ink as well and that was NOT good!! With the coated surface, the ink doesn't dry. So stick to acrylic paint and you will get great results!

Love love love this board book! I bought this to make a story book for my baby girl and she loves it! The quality is very good and it’s still surviving my baby’s rough use. She would bite the corners and the book still look very nice. Great gift idea even as a craft with young kids!

This is my second purchase of this blank, hard cover chunky book. The book is very sturdy and perfect for creating custom books for an infant or toddler. I have made a book for both of my grandchildren pasting pictures on each page of Mommy, Daddy, Grandma, Brother, etc. The book keeps the little ones busy for a few moments and helps them learn family members. As the grandkids get older, I plan on purchasing more of these so they can make their own stories.

My kid likes to make up stories and write her own books. She was using regular paper and folding it to create her books. They folded paper didn’t last as long so I decided to buy some of these books for her for Christmas.Pro’s:My child loved these blank books. She got really excited and it took less than a week for her to create many books. I liked that these books were very sturdy and hold up to the fur babies in the house. She uses regular markers and so far all the markers stays on the papers. (I thought they would smear everywhere)Cons:For a kid who can create many books in a day, these are pricey. While the quality overall is good, I cannot justify paying more than 1.50 or more for each one especially for the small size.

Bought three of these to make homemade picture books for my son. They are the perfect size for what I needed. I think they’ll be pretty durable, though the pages aren’t quite as thick as some board books. But overall a nice product and would recommend.

I ordered this to make baby books for my nephew's thinking that they would be thick enough for them to play with but when I received them out was definitely way thinner than expected making me think they are more flimsy than anything. I'm going to stop try and use them but was a little disappointed.

I was pleasantly satisfied with my orders of the Ashley Productions chunky book and so much so that I'm positive I will order more in different sizes.I ordered the 2 board books to complete a small personalized gift for someone's nephew and not only did these books arrive on-time and in pristine condition, but they came enclosed in a good quality plastic that was reusable after I completed the project.As with any board book, be sure to test your materials on to make sure it sticks to the board book. I found that the thin and thick sharpie markers and prisma color markers would stick to the book immediately and need little to no drying time. I used various pens such as sharpie pens, pilot pens, and ballpoint pens and found that they didn't take to the book at all since they could be smudged off days later.Unfortunately I wasn't able to use this product for any decoupaging; however, with the quality of the book I would highly recommend this board book as a way to make any personalized gift.
