So I read reviews of this kit and many others. I went in expecting to have to do some work with the harness side as it fits a wide variety of GM vehicles. It would be impossible for one kit to fit every vehicle listed without modification.With that said, in my 2007 Impala LT, I only had one wire out of place. I would not take away a star for that. I am more than satisfied with the quality of the kit for the price. It came with the separate power wire for the ignition 12v, as this era of GM doesn’t have keyed power in the radio harness; it also came with the correct antenna adapter.The dash kit fit just fine. Some reviewers noted that it was a bit wonky to install as it has to be held and screwed to the stereo at the same time, I found that having a flat surface to work on made this talk a breeze. As you can see in the pictures, the minor gap is nearly unnoticeable from a distance and doesn’t not hurt the functionality.Overall, I found the kit a great bargain and did not have any major issues with installation or function. Over the last few weeks and during install I have not experienced any durability issues.

When I received this it was easy to put together but the wiring harness that was included with it didn't work for my 2010 Saturn Outlook Xr so I ended up purchasing another wiring harness elsewhere which is fine because I figured it would be a 50/50 chance of working, overall very good. Just bare in mind that the wiring harness won't work for the vehicle I specified

a very inconvenient thing in the installation is not fixed until you insert the tape recorder.After installation in a regular place, the plastic does not hold and very weak fasteners, they break. Didn’t fit my radio worth a lick. I had to sand away at the dash kit in order to fit. Wiring harness fit. But the terminals of the back of the harness kept falling out. Poorly made kit. Won’t spend my money on this again
