I paid extra for the 24-hour turn-around time kit. I sent my sample in with USPS tracking and confirmed that the lab received my sample. It has been 4 days and I have not received any results. I have tried to contact the lab twice and have received no response. My project is delayed and I will need to look into alternatives for testing.

Mailed sample in like Tuesday one week they received Friday I think and results Monday afternoon. This was the fastest then around per the "This Old House" recommendation online. Seemed pretty fast to me.

This kit was actually very easy to use. I followed the simple instructions and mailed it away! I was extremely worried that our attic might contain asbestos (as most older homes do). It was a great way to dismiss my fear and give me peace of mind. It's so convenient to use and is so much better than paying someone who might charge so much more to do the test!

Results were quick and clear, I had opened up my subfloor in my 115 year old home only to find some scary looking insulation material I quickly ordered a kit, took a sample, filled out the chain of custody form, and sent it off to the lab. Results came pretty quickly, thank Gd no asbestos was detected. Thank you!In my case I actually sent two samples because there were also old tiles that I wanted to get tested since tiles also sometimes contained asbestos, the kit contains a website where you can cash app for another test I printed out the receipt stuck in the envelope with the sample and they performed both tests for me.

I sent them 3 samples in a pack with 3 stamps and did not track the shipping (sent from my work's outbox.) They received my order 1/31 and tested it the very next day. They tested both the mastic and the tile in one of the samples without charging extra (so really I got 4 samples tested.) Would order again.

I did not receive any results even after sending sample priority mail. USPS says Lab recieved it on January 7th and it is January 22 today. Still no results. I tried contacting seller through their web site but have not been responded to yet. Would not recomend product. I wish I would have looked at the reviews first. This seems to be the theme with this testing kit. Feeling scammed.

Its super easy and straight forward process.. the only issue is you have to mail it to the USA... it cost me 15$ to send it..Got response in 2 days after delivered...

When I opened, it then explains that one test is not enough, and that you need at least three test spots per room, which adds up. Glad I only sent one in. Sent it on the 25th of November and gave some grace because if Thanksgiving, but now it's the 5th of December with no email. Made sure my handwriting and email were correct before sending as the directions tell me to. Total scam.Updated. So magically after giving my initial review I got my test results back. I upped the star rating, but only to a three star due to the lateness and not knowing I need to send in several samples at 20$ each.

I bought this item and mailed the sample with filled forms. It was delivered based on tracking. No emails for results. Today is 9th BUSINESS day after delivery.I sent an msg from the website of the lab one week ago, because there is no phone number provided. Still no response.Total waste of money!

Did exactly what the instructions said.had my results within a week. Emailed them due to the time limit to take my wall down.had an email returned the same day with the results.
