Rather than coming with one large rectangular blue piece of poster board with scalloped edges as depicted, my packages (I ordered 3 packs) came with 2x smaller blue clouds. Quality and color were otherwise good.

Read the measurements cause these are quite small. Very expensive for what they are, would be much easier to cut your own poster board to make 4 of these for $1
