Fortunately, there is some flexibility in terms of matching phantom voltage to your mic. A rough rule of thumb would be more is better.

Manufacturer of the microphone I purchased recommended this make and model of phantom power. Works like a charm with no frequency interference. Seems pretty rugged and well made. Body is made out of metal, but not aluminum - has some weight to it.

This was recommended for our choir mics and we were not disappointed! They work perfectly. No feedback. Picks up the voices better than we had hoped for!
