I received a newer version of this power adaptor. It’s a black corded version (rather than red shown in photos), with a part # ending in 403L, which is more reliable than some past versions (black or red cords) that didn’t hold up as well. It would be less confusing if the photos were updated.

Works great with radial engineering pedal. It has the right voltage current.

Great original charger and work fantastic. The only thing is they should build the conecto in a 90 degree angle for a more pedalboard friendly connection other than that the charger perfect. Thanks

Like many others, my power cord failed at the tension point just outside the brick. Frankly, it's a horrible design that shouldn't be something you deal with given how expensive the pedal is, but I digress. They've seemingly figured things out with this replacement, as not only is the bend protector more robust but the cord is much better insulated (single bundled strand instead of the flimsy two wire style). Based on the fact that booth Radial pedals I have (PZ Pre and Tonebone Classic distortion) both had the same power cord wire failure, it's nice to see Radial at least address the issue and offer a better version.

Performs as advertised. Radial has changed the end that plugs into the effect unit (which was also prone to failure), I hope this one lasts longer and survives gigging.
